Excellent shoe. Lives up to the "soft" name with great plush leather and comfy insole and fit. If you're younger and or like the look of Converse, biking shoes or similar, this will grab your heart and not let go. The quality is beyond similar competition. If you're like me and think the style is somewhat adolescent and hard to pull off as a middle-age guy who doesn't want to look like a seventeen-year-old, then shed a tear and move on.

Great looking shoe but has completely fallen apart in less then two months with very light use. Not great value. I regret buying these shoes.

Ordered an EU 43 which "should" be my normal shoe size. Tried them on and they are too big. Unfortunately the 42s are out of stock and likely will not be on sale when they are back in stock. At least I'm getting a credit so they won't be such a hit to my wallet.

Not bad overall but just not much cushion, no zero heel drop as I expected, and style just did not make it for me.

Returned ASAP. For whatever reason my heel kept slipping out of this model. I have a similar pair in brown that I love. However, the brown ones have a higher heel, more leather vertically covering my heel. This difference between the shoes made a huge difference. Sadly, I returned the black ones.

These run large. I wear an 11 in everything but the 11 in these is very sloppy and feels at least a half size too large.

This shoe felt bigger than I had expected and lacked much arch support. I returned it.

Consistently make a squishing/squeaking sound on smooth flooring.

Overall these are not bad. I had expected them to be incredibly comfortable based on other reviews. They are fine but I wouldn't classify them as overly comfortable for my standards. Its a bit of a stiff sole with a softer leather insert. These are quality made and they are comfortable. They look nice and you can tell they will last a long time. They feel big to me. I can decide whether it is a half size or a full size but they are definitely big. Probably close enough for most people. I think most people would be happy with these. If the sole were softer/cushioney, and had a bit of a higher arch, they would be completely perfect for me but I have minimal complaint there. I would recommend.

Although a big fan of ECCO, these sneakers did not fit well as the eyelets were positioned too far down on the top of the shoe and did make the fit uncomfortable

Ran a little big and weren't super comfortable, but look cool.

I was extremely excited about these pairs of shoes and I couldn't wait for them to be delivered! However, When the shoes were delivered, the shoelaces were tied completely different on either shoe. One had the shoelaces coming out of the hole at the top, the other had the shoe laces hidden underneath. Upon further inspection, I found that they were actually two different shoes altogether. The left shoe had already been worn in and had creases on the top of the toe area, and the right shoe looked brand new without any creasing at all. Furthermore, after trying on the shoes, I thought "well I can at least try them on and see how they work!" but I think the shoes just didn't fit right. Not enough of an arch support (I regularly wear Birkenstocks, Clarks, and shoes with high arches) but honestly, that's my personal opinion. If I were to buy these for my husband, however, he would probably LOVE them because he doesn't really need arch support / it is not a big deal for him. I guess it really depends on the person buying them! They DID look extremely cute. Definitely going to 'pull a Cinderella' and try for another ECCO shoe to see what fits!

Very nice shoe, but didn't do it for me because I needed it in dark brown and I also needed dark soles and somehow this particular dark brown leather combined with the black sole lacked the "cute" factor and looked rather old-fashioned and orthopedic. It was, however, true to size and felt OK. I am going to opt for a brown suede with black soles and hope it looks a bit more youthful.

My 13 yr old son wears a size 13 and we purchased a 47. It was shocking how large they were on him. We will try the 45 next. Otherwise he loved everything about them - design and comfort.

I really liked the style of this shoe but it was way too narrow. I have other Ecco shoes that I wear in the same size (42) that are so comfortable. this one was unbearably narrow.

I have a pair of ECCO slip ons and was looking for a lace up pair for a bit more stability. I ordered these in my regular size, but found them slightly too large with a significant amount of heel slip. The materials are top quality and the style is great, they are just a bit "boxy" for me. Sadly I returned these. Still happy with ECCO overall, these just didn't fit the bill.

Not sure why these get such good reviews. These look ok and fit ok. They are very uncomfortable. Not much cushion in the soles. My feet hurt after about 20 minutes if walking. They will not get better after breaking them in.

Even though many reviews said these wore big, they were very tight. I wear a perfect 11.5 or a 12 if they tend to be narrow. I ordered a 11 to make sure they fit and they were too tight. If you have any width issues, there are not the shoes for you. Style was excellent and hated that they didn’t fit.

You sent an extra width shoe and order said Medium.

I was bummed about these shoes. They felt great the fist time wearing them, then the leather and shoe expanded and it was unwearable for me. Very stylish but sizing runs big after one use!

These are super comfortable, great looking shoes that just don't hold up in the appearance department. The soles get very dirty and are next to impossible to clean (Scotchbrite pad and acetone). I have to continuously recondition the leather to look decent. Too bad, I really liked them. \
