Not loving these shoes. They are very stiff and gave me blisters on the backs of both heels.

Extremely uncomfortable shoe! Very unhappy with this purchase. Have worn them several times hoping that they would get broken in, but, it hasn't happened. A very disappointing purchase.

I ordered brown but they sent me a grey pair that had obviously been returned by another customer. Zappos really dropped the ball on this one.

I don’t know why these get great reviews. The look ok and fit ok, but they are very uncomfortable. No cushion in the soles. My feet hurt after about 20 minutes. They will not get any better after breaking them in. Waste of $160.

I was prepared to love the shoe based upon my experience with other shoes. But, the stitching inside was so uncomfortable I didn't take a step. A very bad shoe!

Nice looking shoe. Purchased a size 46 for my son who is a size US12. Exchanged them for a size 45 because they were too big. I am now returning the size 45 because his heel still slips out of the shoe when he walks. I don’t think he really cares for the overall fit of the shoe. He said he’d still end up using a shoe insert for comfort. At this point we are giving up and going to try a different style.

I originally purchased the women's version but, it was too narrow so, I exchanged them for the men's version. They're the same shoe however, the fit runs about a size larger. I had to return them because after walking in it, it caused severe foot pain. The leather and soles are stiff even with orthopedic supports. The tongue and heel portion are stiff and constantly rubs your skin. I loved the style but, couldn't bear even looking at them after the pain I experienced. What shoe is everyone else giving rave reviews for on this page? There has to be a mix-up.

Far below Ecco standards. The inside was rough construction with protruding material that would dig into my feet. I returned them immediately for credit. Too bad because I like Ecco and have had many of their shoes. You should check the quality of shoes coming out of your factory in Thailand.

I wear a 9. Ordered 9 and 8, and, like others said, went full size down - to the 8. Wore them on vacation for 4 days - very comfortable but even after tightening the laces, the shoes just don't feel right, too much room. Perhaps the roof of the shoe is too high. Never had this issue before. Shame I wore them for a few days, would have loved to exchange for something else.

Disappointing fit. I've owned many pairs of Ecco's and always loved the fit. These are much narrower foot squishers. They are going back.

First off, kudos to Zappos' customer support. They rock. As for the shoes, they have a quality problem. The left shoe of the first pair I got developed a tear along the instep along the sole blot the bottom eyelets after 3 months. Zippos sent another pair super fast, but it developed the same tear on the right shoe after a couple weeks.
