The seam at the front of the shoe is thick and rubs on top of toes. They are light weight, But NOT worth the cost. Very disappointed.

I bought these in January and now that it's August, I have a hole in each sneaker! The holes are towards the right of the toe shell where it meets the rest of the sneaker. I'm so bummed, I thought I had found comfortable and cute sneakers with minimal branding. Can't believe I dropped $150 on sneakers that lasted me 8 months.

I loved these shoes and getting them 20% off was great as they are pricey. Unfortunately the shoes were completely yellowed on the soles so I had to return them. Very disappointed in the quality, they had obviously sat in a hot warehouse for a long time.

Hoped the Ecco Soft would be a comfortable, quality sneaker for me but they were quite uncomfortable for me. Very stiff but, most significantly, the toe box is extremely narrow. I usually have no issue with a medium width shoe. Otherwise the length seemed true to size.

The material is stiff and the laces are made of something unpliable.

there is an unfinished , sharp seam sticking inside the right shoe. It presses into the side of my great toe. It is so uncomfortable that I cannot wear the shoes. Unfortunately I didn;t return them in a timely manner. They just sit in my closet.

This style Is NOT for anyone with medium to wide width needs. Very narrow!! Quality is average and insole is not removable. .

The shoe is defective in the right toe box. It was shipped from Amazon and was the same issue I had when I purchased direct from Amazon.

The reviews are right: these are not the same as Ecco’s in the past. Very uncomfortable, returned immediately.

I ordered a Ecco Soft 7 Sneaker and received an cco Soft 60 Sneaker. So, even though it shows that I ordered the Soft 7, I, in fact, received a Soft 60. I will order the Ecco Soft 7 again. Thank you.

Soft 7 is not the appropriate name for this shoe, it should be hard 7! The leather is stiff as a board and the back of the heel is stiff! There’s also no support and the color looks a dirty grey, rather than white!

So uncomfortable, I can’t wear them. I’ve tried to break them in. Too much foot torture. I’m donating them to the thrift store, I hope they fit someone else better.

I was sent an un matching pair of shoes which I returned. Do better next time, Zappos!

Sizing for these shoes is all over the place. Two pairs of size 37 are vastly different.

When the insole was removed, the footbed had the writing "Extra Width". These shoes were not indicated to be extra wide. My heel slipped while walking.

These looked cute but returned because they felt small in width and length. I could barely get them on even loosening the laces. Very uncomfortable and I am typically true to size and standard width.

Way TOO narrow.

The material was synthetic, not nubuck

I ordered my size, however I couldn't get my feet in because the laces do not open. It is one continual lace without ends, so cannot be tied and untied. Disappointed.
