These looked cute but returned because they felt small in width and length. I could barely get them on even loosening the laces. Very uncomfortable and I am typically true to size and standard width.

Way TOO narrow.

The material was synthetic, not nubuck

I ordered my size, however I couldn't get my feet in because the laces do not open. It is one continual lace without ends, so cannot be tied and untied. Disappointed.

I did not like them because the shoe strings were not long enough. When tied there was not enough extra length to help keep them tied.

Super cute but for the price I thought they’d feel like walking on a cloud. Nope, super uncomfortable. Definitely not worth the price.

I have multiple pairs of ECCO Soft 7 and I love them. I tried twice to make this pair work. The first time the stitching was bad, so that pair was returned. This pair, women's 11M was really wide and long. I am also returning this pair. Hopefully I will have better luck next time.

I have 3 prs of this shoe; have always ordered the same size but this or is somewhat larger. Think I can make it work with inserts?

Did not like the stiffness and lack of support in this shoe. Also, what's with the bulky shoe strings these days. Sooo disappointed.

My new Ecco’s are very stiff like the last pair I returned. Not as comfortable as the Ecco’s I have purchased for the last 8 or so years. Wearing them at home on carpet to try to see if I can wear them.

Super cute shoe. After wearing them only a few hours my feet and legs ached. Nope! The the shoe for me.

I thought this shoe was white. It is NOT white but almost a light gray. Disappointed.

Awful! The shoes were hard as plastic. So disappointed as Ecco is one of my favorite shoe brands.

I have worn a pair of the Ecco Soft 7 sneaker for several years. They have been my favorite and most comfortable shoes. I am so disappointed to return these! The right shoe of this new pair has a rigid support running around the heel that very quickly wore a large and painful blister into the right side of my foot. I have tried manipulating this part of the shoe to make it more supple or to flatten out but it is really rigid. Neither my old pair nor a black pair of Soft 7 that I recently purchased has this ridge. I feel like this shoe is defective and that this pair is not going to work for me.

These are cute shoes. Purchased them for walking on a Europe trip. Wore them for 6 hours while walking in Venice. The shoes do not have any support or cushioning. The heels of the shoes rubbed huge blisters on the back of each ankle. These are the most uncomfortable shoes for walking. I would not recommend buying these shoes for any purpose other than ornamental wear.

This pair feels smaller than my original pair of Ecco Soft 7's

I WAS a loyal Ecco client, have been wearing them for over ten years so they are my good to shoe. These unfortunately these are very uncomfortable to walk in. You can feel the little knob on the sole of the shoe as you walk. It was a painful experience. Seems like Ecco quality has gone downhill and O wont be buying them again.

I have bought ecco many times. Usually very happy with the brand. This shoe was cheap leather that was bent all along the heel of the shoe. Returned them.

Soft is not the word to describe these very painful shoes. Extremely disappointed with this purchase. I broke them in around the house and was overly optimistic that they would loosen and stretch before vacation. Sadly, I purchased to wear in Europe this spring. The shoes came out one time and quickly returned to the suitcase and I wore my On’s the whole time (looked stupid but I was comfortable). I can not recommend this shoe because it has a small toe box, poor arch support and no give. I wear a 9 1/2 M in all shoes and these are super narrow. I should preface this review with the fact that I work in healthcare, spend 6 hours a day on my feet and rely on good footwear, I prefer Altra’s with a wide toe box, and zero drop. I doubt I will purchase another pair of Ecco’s again.

Ouch. I admit that my feet are picky about their shoe preference, but I'd hoped this pair would be a winner - especially in light of all the amazing reviews. Instead, I sadly found them too flat, lacking in cushion, and more narrow than expected. Bummer?

The shoes had yellow discoloration of the white soles.

I ordered these based on the reviews and was I disappointed. I use orthotics and there is NO way they can fit into this shoe. I could barely get my foot in and I have a skinny foot. There is no arch support at all and the shoe is not supportive. It's cute, but that's it. If you have good feet, go for it, otherwise don't waste your time.

Converting a European size (40) to a range of US sizing (9-9.5) makes no sense. I would never buy a pair of shoes marked 9-9.5 but I was desperate to get these shoes, and the return policy is good, so I risked the purchase. Of course, they are really size 9 and will never fit my true 9.5. You guys should rethink this.

I am returning these shoes because the wrong size was sent. The box was marked with the size I ordered (40; US 9-9.5) but the shoes are size 38; US 7.
