comfortable but ugly on, made my feet look like boats and I'm a 7. They also ran big. Returned.

I love Ecco's leather. Super soft, and as someone who has wide feet, this brand is usually my go to. I thought these shoes would be perfect. The width and softness of this shoe is perfect. But my heel is normal (not wide or narrow) and in this shoe it kept slipping out. It's a shame. I really wanted to like the shoe.

Heel slips. With cream laces contrasting the warm gray, and the toe cap, looks a bit like a bowling shoe.

I have worn Ecco shoes for over 20 years, this was the first pair of sneakers I purchased. I was excited at first, I love the look and the fit was similar to some of their dress shoes. After a week the excitement wore off. The laces in the shoes don't really move and it is difficult to get the right fit. The comfort is definitely lacking, there is a thin insole, but not much support or cushion. In my opinion, they are definitely not worth the money.

I was very disappointed with the fit of this shoe. While out shopping I had tried on the shoe in a different color and smaller size and it seemed to be a good fit. I have large feet and a bunion so finding shoes to fit is a challenge. The seams of the shoe rubbed the bunion making it very uncomfortable to wear, so back they go. ECCO seems to have changed their design to a smaller toe box the past couple of years. I purchased a pair of Yucatan sandals that took over a year to stretch out enough to wear comfortably. I love the arch support ECCO provides but will be very cautious about purchasing another pair.

Shoe was very comfortable walking around my house. Took them on vacation and could only wear them for a few hours, blisters all over my feet. Very disappointing. Had to buy another pair of walking shoes in London New Balance. A complete waste of money!

Great arch support but not a good fit for me. Will return. They are cute and stylish however, the 9-91/2 was too wide in the heel. the sneaker was a a bit to narrow to be totally comfortable. Returning

I love Ecco and probably own about 30 pairs! I wanted to love these too but they were just uncomfortable near the top of the lace area. Because the laces are so thick and wide and of a heavy material, they just dug into my foot. Too bad as they look great.

Since this show was sized 8.0-8.5 and 9.0-9.5 I ordered both pairs knowing I would have to return one of them. Well, I returned both. The 8.0-8.5 was too small. I usually wear a 8.5 shoe and some sneakers I have 9.0 since I wear heavier socks in them. So I thought the 9.0-9.5 would fit. Length wise it did fit but was tight in the width. The shoe laces in the larger pair were at least double the size of the one in the smaller pair. I could not have worn them if they had fit because of the long, long laces. I returned both pairs!

Look a bit latex-like in person. I also found the heel rather wide and a tad shallow. Comparatively the front of the shoe was narrow for a supposedly wide cut. Overall not comfortable.

These shoes fit small or short in length- not a true 43 but more like a 41-42 Euro size; width is satisfactory.

I bought these in preparation for a week at Disney World. I wanted something neutral, cute, and above all, comfortable. These hit all the spots but, for me, the price is way waaayy too high. I'll shell out for shoes for running, hiking, or even a nice pair of heels – but these are just for casual walking around. I ended up getting a pair of Nike's in a similar color for less than half the price. At least I can take those to the gym.

After reading multiple blogs looking for cute, comfortable and supportive walking shoes for a 3-day trip where I will be walking all day, and seeing this shoe on more than blog, I bit the bullet and paid $161 (including tax) for these shoes. I took them on a rest run for an 8-hour day at Disneyland. They are no more comfortable than a pair of Converse, and I'm walking gingerly next day because my feet still hurt. These are nice to wear around town, but you can get something much less expensive to do that. The one positive thing I can say is that, right out of the box, they did not cause any blisters or rubbing. Overall, however, I'm terribly disappointed and I can't return the shoes since I've worn them. If you're looking for a shoe to get you through a vacation with a lot of walking, keep looking - these are not it!

These are very cute shoes but they were extremely narrow for my feet. I sometimes wear a wide but most of the time medium width shoes are fine. I could barely get my feet into these sneakers. When I did, they were extremely tight and put way too much pressure across the sides and tops of my feet. I doubt they could stretch enough to be comfortable.

Thought these were the same shoes I tried on at Dillards but they were not. They are not the soft suede and not near as comfortable. Very disappointed and sending back.

The quality of this sneaker is terrific and is in sync with its higher price tag. However, the back heel area is narrow and the front toe area is WIDE. It would be best for someone with a WIDER foot. My foot is long and narrow, so it does not look good on me (the roomy toe box is comfy but looks big on me and makes my foot look oddly big). Also, the tongue bothers the top of my foot. The Geox Jaysen sneaker is a much better fit for me.

I am disappointed. I have bought many ECCO shoes and I was looking to buy some new ones. Even though I bought a larger size, I had to return the other one I had purchased in my normal size, these shoes are too small and too narrow. The only reason I could think for this is that the material on these shoes are made from a much stiffer leather than the ECCO shoes I currently own. I had this issue for other ECCO shoes I recently purchased and have to also return.

The seam at the front of the shoe is thick and rubs on top of toes. They are light weight, But NOT worth the cost. Very disappointed.

I bought these in January and now that it's August, I have a hole in each sneaker! The holes are towards the right of the toe shell where it meets the rest of the sneaker. I'm so bummed, I thought I had found comfortable and cute sneakers with minimal branding. Can't believe I dropped $150 on sneakers that lasted me 8 months.

Hoped the Ecco Soft would be a comfortable, quality sneaker for me but they were quite uncomfortable for me. Very stiff but, most significantly, the toe box is extremely narrow. I usually have no issue with a medium width shoe. Otherwise the length seemed true to size.

there is an unfinished , sharp seam sticking inside the right shoe. It presses into the side of my great toe. It is so uncomfortable that I cannot wear the shoes. Unfortunately I didn;t return them in a timely manner. They just sit in my closet.

The shoe is defective in the right toe box. It was shipped from Amazon and was the same issue I had when I purchased direct from Amazon.
