Loves them and may order them for a fall option. They are heavier weight and I like the lighter weight ugg lace ups

The white shoe was great (I kept the same style in black leather- top notch quality and perfect fit as marked), but I didn’t care for the yellowish sole and laces with white leather. The color contrast made the shoes look old and yellowed to me. Ymmv.

I own several pairs of this style. I wanted a neutral color and was a bit disappointed that there is only metallic or nubuck available. I went with the stone metallic but it is very silver and very metallic shiny. I have the forest metallic and it is less shiny looking than these stone color ones. The fit is amazing and great arch support but they are not very wide so if you have a wider foot these probably won’t work for you.

I thought the shoe bed would be softer and more comfortable

Loved the look & color of this shoe. Would have loved to keep this shoe, but it rubbed on the sides of my foot. Since I am diabetic, I could not take a chance of creating a blister.

Loved how this looked. Returning because the arch was so high, I was in pain with every step.

Too small. Box torn & taped. Light wear on the sole.

Felt a little tighter than black pair of Soft 7 I had. The surprise was red...it is NOT red, it is like a man's cordovan shoe red. WAY more brown than red. Keeping them for wearing to places where I am worried about getting Covid - they don't come back in the house after they've been out in the world, picking up germs. Otherwise, they would definitely go back.

I wanted to love these shoes, but they were very tight across the top of my foot. Good arch support, but not much cushion in the front/back of the shoe. For the money, they needed to be perfect.

ECCO Soft 7 Sneaker is an Attractive shoe, especially the Shale color! They are narrower than I can wear, however.

I first ordered these in the recommended size and returned them as they were too large. Next I ordered them in this smaller size. The shoe is attractive, well-made of really soft leather. Even though I wanted to keep them I need to return them as I found that the toe-box is not large enough and I felt some pain . Too bad!

Stylish shoes that looked like they’d be comfortable, but too narrow for my feet, which usually do fine with medium width shoes.

I have always found Ecco, size 40 to be a perfect fit and these shoes are no different. They are are well made comfortable walking shoe. I have bought several pairs in the past and worn them constantly. The stone metallic color is a good neutral, practical color.

Nice style but front seam rubbed too much

Wanted to love these, but have to send them back. The length was right (my usual size), but the shoe was too tight across the top of my foot. I normally wear a medium or size B/C, but these are too narrow for my foot.

Bought this after buying the low boot of same style, which fit perfectly (39). Couldn’t get it on my foot it was so small. Gave it to my son’s girlfriend, and she was very happy. Just ordered the 40 to try.

Have a pair in black leather and the suede is totally different - black is the most comfortable pair I own, blue going back as it cuts into my foot. Odd that material makes that much of a difference but also noted where they are made are two different countries.

I really liked the overall style of the shoe, and it fit great. Walking around the house, they felt very comfortable. But the pearl color was just a bit too shiny for my taste.

Fatal flaw on the shoe. There is a seam that is on the inside of the side of the heel and you can feel it. Very uncomfortable. Could maybe wear with tall socks but I sent them back twice. Silly design.

These were extra wide, as noted in the bottom of the shoe, but not on the site. Cute shoe, but dissapointed it didn't fit.

These shoes are so cute and the color is so pretty but for some reason they are running smaller than 3 other pair that I have in the exact same style. Wish I could have kept them but they are too tight and narrow in toe area. Must return.

This was my second purchase of this shoe in size 38 in deep forest metallic. They are great looking shoes. However, they fit much wider than my previous purchase, and my feet slip right out of them. Too bad because I love the snugger fit of the ones in vanilla, they are incredibly comfortable, and I'd like another pair. Thank-you Zappos for a great return policy.

I have bunions and otherwise just pain in my feet all the time. I can't wear any heel at all--even 1 inch. I don't know why Ecco would decide to add a heel to a comfort sneaker, but they did. These shoes are so great in all respects and I would love them (despite the high price) if it weren't for the added height in the heel! I hope they figure this out and take it out in the future. Alas, these have to go back. I'm keeping the Joseph Seibel's--no heel at all and roomy enough for my bunions and stylish (almost as cute as the Eccos).

Love the color, love the softness of the shoe fabric. Insole does come out but shoe is not deep enough to allow orthotics to fit comfortably
