Ecco is my go to shoe as they usually run wide and accommodate my orthotic insoles (I have high arches), and some even have enough arch support on their own to be comfortable without my insoles. These were far more narrow than any Ecco shoe I’ve ever tried. I saw that others had similar problems and followed their recommendations and ordered the men’s version of this shoe for the width. The men’s shoe is wider and accommodates my foot better. The blue color and the style of leather are not the same between the men and women’s version. I’m still deciding if I’ll keep the men’s version. The women’s shoe will have to go back.

These are indeed a soft shoe. The removable liner is quite thin, and my orthotic about twice as thick but it fits inside the shoe along with my foot once I re-laced the shoe. The lacing pattern it comes with is attractive but doesn't have any give and doesn't fit the shape of my foot. I have a narrow heel, and no matter now much I tug on the laces and the use of a runner's loop at the top, my heel still slips a bit. I wear these a work, 8 hours a day walking on a concrete floor, and my feet are happy. I'm giving them another couple months before buying another color to make sure that the soles stand up. This is my first pair of ecco.

The shoes are very cute. Unfortunately I have to send them back because the tongue in the left shoe is puckered and presses down on the top of my toes and foot. The right shoe was a little better. But because the other reviews overwhelmingly say the shoes are comfortable, I’m ordering a different pair in the same size in hopes of a different outcome. I love my Ecco soft zip 7 shoes. They have no tongue and are as comfortable as can be.

Not five stars because they had weird thick laces. the color was more a beige than a blush pink. Felt true to size.

Super cute shoes seem like a great fit. Love the tab on back of the ankle. Looks well made but a bit stiff for a sneaker just out of the box. Hopefully it will soften up and become my go to sneaker

I was so hopeful that this brand would have a narrow heel. Great shoe but just slipped on my heels ??

These are a lot more comfortable than I thought they would be. They would be perfect if they had an extra layer of cushioning. However, they turned out to be pretty good walking shoes when I went on vacation recently. I got black leather but I plan to purchase other colors. They are sleek but casual and are good for when you want a more polished look than a regular sneaker.

I love these shoes! The leather is super soft and they are very comfortable. The only complaint that I have is that the color of the Moon Cow has more green in it than the photo shows.

I wanted these to work sooo much! Such a cute shoe and very well made. Sizing is tricky though for this brand I suppose.

The fit was good, but the arch support was set back too far for my foot. This kind of made my foot ache after 3 hours. The shoes are not spongy, but are comfortable. The Dark Shadow color is a lighter shade of gray than what is pictured, but still nice looking and a little different.

Fit is as expected, comfortable but they aren't long distance walking shoes. I am happy with shoes and have been wearing them a lot since I got them. I recommend these shoes.

I absolutely love these shoes. The quality of leather and construction is awesome. However, the toe box area is just too shallow for my feet. Also, the sole of the shoe is not as high as pictured. Since I have to add 3/4" to compensate for a shorter leg, that is important. According to the listing, the color is white. But it is a creamy white. These are very attractive for a sneaker and I wish the toe box had been deeper. It's just exactly what I wanted otherwise.

I wear a size 9 and have 2 other pairs of these shoes. I have worn them on traveling and for just everyday wear. But unfortunately, I am returning this pair because of the color. I was looking for what I thought would be shad of gray in color however it was more of a shade of green instead. Otherwise I would have kept this pair.

I am reviewing only the color “Cashmere” here. I have this style shoe in a couple other colors and absolutely love the fit and style of them. I have very narrow feet, but this Ecco shoe fits me well and feels good on my feet. I ordered “Cashmere” to replace a color that I have worn out which was similar. The other color is about the same shade of brown leather as a baseball glove, and I love it. Cashmere, on the other hand, is a yellow-tan shade that I didn’t find at all appealing. So for everything but the color Cashmere, 5 STARS!

Really wanted these to work for my Europe trip. I think for most people they are fantastic. It's just my right foot sometimes has issues with how shoes bend ( or not bend) into my big toe joint. These did not have the flex I needed and I didn't want to risk taking them. So unfortunately back they go.

These are very nice shoes. The toe width was roomy and the shoes were soft and flexible. That said I just wasn’t that comfortable in them. I felt the arch support could have been better and when I tried to add some insoles in them they just didn’t have enough depth and slipped off at the heel. I would recommend them for others and I’m sad they didn’t work out for me. The price was also too steep to not find these perfect.

I loved the shoe but it didn’t work for me but I am difficult to find a shoe that works. The toe box was a little flat for me and hurt the top of my toes.

They're cute! I bought the dusty rose. Support is good. However, the toe box is very small.

Loved the look of the shoe, but had to return them as they were too narrow.

This is a very attractive shoe and you can tell it would have excellent arch support. It was just a little snug in the toe box and loose in the heel. I usually wear a 7.5 or an 8. The 38 is the right size for me. A 39 would have been too big.

I own several ECCO Soft 7 sneakers and this pair has a wider heel than the cap toe style. My heel slipped no matter how tightly laced. This is a good looking sneaker though.

I wore these on a trip through Croatia, walking a lot. I wanted something that was close to feeling like my running shoes without looking like them. These filled the bill. I was able to insert my orthotics, though that made them a little bit snug (my feet are slightly wide), though they did stretch nicely; partway through the trip, I put the regular insoles back in to give myself a little more room and they were still comfortable and supportive. I find the white sole with a darker top slightly goofy looking, but that seems to be the look of the moment. Be sure to give them a couple of coats of waterproofing spray. All in all I'm very pleased!

Beautiful shoes, with soft leather, nice laces, and nice support. Sadly, the heel was much too wide to stay on my foot, so I couldn't wear them on my trip. I even tried using the custom insole from other walking shoes, and that helped a bit, but they still slid off my heels.

I have wide feet and narrow heels, and wear between a 7.5 and 8 , normal or wide width depending on the shoe. I tried this on in a 38 normal width with a thin sock. the forefoot was tight, but adjusting the laces made it o.k. However my heels slipped with a fast walk. a thicker sock made the forefoot too tight again. Very cute shoe and excellent arch support, but too many adjustments needed for a comfortable fit for me.
