I'm loving these sneakers. I am between a 8.5 and a 9 and the size 40 is perfect for me. They are much more stylish in person, and the profile of the shoe much sleeker than your regular sneaker. I was unsure of going the sneaker route for my upcoming trip to France, but I'm so glad I did! They are comfortable and really cute.

This is my third pair of this sneaker so I knew exactly what I was getting. My first pair was black which I bought to wear on a river cruise. I needed a comfortable shoe that would look nicer than an athletic shoe but be super comfortable with all the walking I would be doing. These looked great with jeans, leggings, and casual dresses. Loved them so much I bought the dark red/brick pair. This spring I decided a navy (marine) pair would straddle the seasons as well as styles. They do run a little large. I usually wear a 37 in European sizes but typically wear a size 7 in American sizes. The 37’s fit great. I did re-lace the shoes (on the recommendation of a shoe salesman) as the way they came laced did not allow the fit to be adjusted very much. I was surprised at the difference that one small thing made in the fit of the shoes.

I love this shoe! I wear a size 40 in this shoe which matches my regular shoe size 9 1/2. It is comfortable right out of the box. I also love the look. My feet look smaller in this shoe. It has an extra innersole that you can remove for more width if needed.

this is not the pinkish color...it is cream/beige...I thought picture looked like they had a pink hue...

I am an active grandma and this is my second pair of Ecco sneakers for chasing after my 2 year old grandson. They are incredibly comfortable, right out of the box. You can wear them with socks or without. No blisters. The one thing is that I always wear size 37 Italian shoes. The Zappos drop down states that the size 37 corresponds to a size 6 to 6.5. Not true. Size 37 corresponds to a size 7-7.5. My first pair of the shoes I purchased at a store so I know the fit is correct.

The overwhelming number of great reviews aren't wrong! This is a fantastic sneaker. It offers excellent support; the materials are high quality; it's stylish and the color (Warm Grey) is a beautiful neutral that will go with anything; it's narrow enough in the heel, yet wide enough in the toe box; the laces stay tied; the leather is buttery soft, and no break-in is required. I have picky feet that often suffer from various problems, and these sneakers give me no issues. I jokingly told my husband that I was going to order them in every color and stop wearing all other shoes. =) On a serious note, I'm so impressed by this shoe that I will likely order it in black. I hope Ecco doesn't change anything when the inevitable "next" version comes out. The Soft 7 costs more than I'm usually willing to pay for sneakers, but in this case, you aren't paying for a name - you are getting what you pay for. Highly recommend!

Very comfortable shoe and I buy shoes based on comfort. True to size, stylish for todays looks.

When I got this item. I thought they sent me the wrong color. They are an ice baby blue color not a soft white. Unfortunately they will have to be traded in for another color. I love the soft 7 line though been wearing my grey ones for 2 year they are my primary travel and work shoe

I originally ordered 4 different pair of white "Keds Like" white tennis shoes to wear with my skinny jeans this spring. I LOVED the white ones so much that I ordered the pink pair too. I am a SpEd Para and am on my feet chasing after kids most of the day. These shoes were comfortable the first time I wore them. I have incredibly high arches and some ankle problems and have had no issues with these shoes. Expensive, but worth every penny!!

These were comfortable from the moment I put them on my bare feet, which is how I plan to wear them. My feet are slender and low volume, with very narrow heels, but with the widest part of the foot an A rather than an AA. Ecco shoes have always fit well, and these are no exception. The heel doesn’t slip, and the toe doesn’t pinch. The laces look the same with the shoe on as they do off—no ugly spread over the tongue. I ordered the blue, and although it’s a slightly different shade than I thought it would be, it will look cute with all my blue and white clothes. A very good purchase.

Wore these all over NYC! Very comfortable and cute. On a 10 mile day did get a blister on pinky toe at seam, but otherwise feel great.

Love this shoe. Very comfortable & perfect for walking tours on our travels. More fun than a plain black shoe.

ECCO makes a great shoe. When we travel, I still wear a metallic walking shoe that I purchased five years ago. & I continue to get compliments on it. I need to add another shoe to my travel rotation. This black shoe fit very well & was very comfortable, but I opted for a different ECCO one that has a bit more style.

I love this shoe! I have worn them on vacations where I've done lots of walking, and they are comfortable and offer good support. They have held up really well. I only wish they made a style without a white sole.

These are so comfortable and perfect for spring in Minnesota! I ordered 4 pair of white sneakers, looking for the "keds" or "adidas" look to go with jeans. Hands down these were the most comfortable of all 4. So, I ordered another pain in the pinkish color. Expensive but worth the $$

I wear between a size 8 1/2 and 9. This is my 4 pair Ecco Soft 7. I love them! They come in many colors and the don’t look like a tennis shoe. I have worn them on many of trips walking many miles a day. My feet felt great!

These shoes are just what I was looking for to wear on vacation and everyday. The were very comfortable the moment I put them on. I have somewhat of a wide foot, but a wide width in a shoe is usually too big. These were perfect and the arch support was nice. The leather is very soft. Eccos' are a little expensive but these were well worth the money. I'd buy them again in a different color perhaps.

Nice looking shoe, and pleasant medium grey color, but it did not feel conform to the sole of my foot. Thank goodness Zappos has free shipping so I can try multiple shoes to find what makes my feet happy.

Cute shoes, and well priced on sale. Felt quite comfortable, appeared to be a very nice quality. In the end I decided to return them in favor of a bit more heel.

I wear size 10, med width. 41 fits perfectly. This is my third pair shoes in this style I do not like to wear socks and the shoes are perfect since the inside They feel like slippers the first day I walked all over Italy in them My favorites!!

I LOVE ordering shoes from Zappos and playing 'shoe store.' I spent the bulk of the evening wearing my choice around the house; they feel wonderful! I needed something with plenty of cushion for all of the time I spend being a citizen lobbyist at our state Capitol.
