Great shoe!

I have long flat feet with a B toe and a Quad heel. Usually most shoes are to large on me and I have to pull the laces to get them tight enough for my narrow heel. These shoes are perfect. The laces don't become too long and the fit is close and snug where I need it. I took a 4 mile walk in them the first day I wore them. All is good.

Love these sneaks. True to size fit and really a classy version of athletic shoes. I have high arches and need custom orthotics, so these shoes could accommodate my inserts. Happy with my new shoes.

Look styling and comfortable. What else do you need?

I love the ecco 7. I have 2 pair. I tend to have hip and back issues with most shoes but I can rely on this footbed. I wear a 9 so it is a little long but like I said the footbed is perfect. I ordered sandals so I am hoping for same satisfaction.

Very stylish, nice support and very cushioned. I have a pair of loafers in this style in a size 40, but in this shoe I’m having to go up a size. They alllllmost fit, but I’m not walking all day and getting a blister. Thank goodness for Zappos!

I was looking for a classic sneaker that had more than my Superga sneakers, which I loved. After a couple of days searching and reviewing, I decided on the Ecco Soft 7 sneaker. I've never had Ecco shoes before, but I'm totally in love with this shoe. I did have a bit of heal rub on the right foot, but I didn't really take time to break in the shoes, so I kind of think that's my own fault. The fit is just right, the width and toe boxes are perfect for me. And the arch support is just what I need in a flat sneaker. I'm definitely going to get my money's worth from these sneakers this year! I've already worn these several days, back to back and with a considerable amount of walking and I can say that my legs and arches do not hurt at the end of the day, which was exactly what I was after. The shoes are pretty versatile and can be worn with casual dresses, skirts, shorts, jeans, and leggings with no problem.

Love these shoes! The suede material is so soft, they were out of the box, wear-all-day comfortable. I have them in blue and stone color. They're my go-to shoe!

I bought both the white and the black. The white fit too loose and the black fit perfect. I also thought the black pair looked better though I would have kept both if they both fit. I love the shoe. They are very comfortable and totally cute. I wear a 5-1/2 shoe and the 36 fit.

They fit great but I have ordered “footies” to wear with them because I don’t like to wear them bear footed. So hopefully they will still fit good. The quality is outstanding. The arch seems good. I have not worn them for a long time and only to try them on and walk around the house. They are really cute! I’m going to Europe next month so hopefully they work out.

I just received these shoes and I'm wearing them around the house to wear them in. I don't think they need it, the shoes feel great.

Comfortable as a cloud! This is my second pair of Ecco sneakers and I love them both. I would get a pair in every color, they are so worth it. Love the cashmere color for spring.

These are cute shoes. Ordering the wrong size in the first place was my fault. I already owned a pair of Ecco shoes - from maybe 20 years ago - but I did not find the size until after I placed the order. Should have known anyway, as I used to order 10's routinely even though my foot measured 9 1/2. Have stopped doing that in recent years - hence the wrong size selection. You did a fabulous job of getting the new ones to me.

This is my second pair of these. My first pair is 2 years old, red, and awesome. These white ones are even better, it seems like this later version has a narrower fit, which is good for me. If your feet are on the wider side of medium width, I don’t think these would work for you.

I am not comfortable walking around sight-seeing in athletic shoes, and have been on the look-out for a sneaker that will provide the same level of comfort but also fit my style - and these fit the bill! The leather is soft, the arch support is great, and the look is really cute. Thanks to previous reviewers who mentioned that they come laced in an unusual way and are much more comfortable once re-laced. They are expensive - but I think worth it. I purchased my usual shoe size (not my athletic shoe size, which is always a half size to a full size larger), and they really fit well.

I'm loving these sneakers. I am between a 8.5 and a 9 and the size 40 is perfect for me. They are much more stylish in person, and the profile of the shoe much sleeker than your regular sneaker. I was unsure of going the sneaker route for my upcoming trip to France, but I'm so glad I did! They are comfortable and really cute.

This is my third pair of this sneaker so I knew exactly what I was getting. My first pair was black which I bought to wear on a river cruise. I needed a comfortable shoe that would look nicer than an athletic shoe but be super comfortable with all the walking I would be doing. These looked great with jeans, leggings, and casual dresses. Loved them so much I bought the dark red/brick pair. This spring I decided a navy (marine) pair would straddle the seasons as well as styles. They do run a little large. I usually wear a 37 in European sizes but typically wear a size 7 in American sizes. The 37’s fit great. I did re-lace the shoes (on the recommendation of a shoe salesman) as the way they came laced did not allow the fit to be adjusted very much. I was surprised at the difference that one small thing made in the fit of the shoes.

I love this shoe! I wear a size 40 in this shoe which matches my regular shoe size 9 1/2. It is comfortable right out of the box. I also love the look. My feet look smaller in this shoe. It has an extra innersole that you can remove for more width if needed.

this is not the pinkish color...it is cream/beige...I thought picture looked like they had a pink hue...
