They aren’t quite as comfy as I expected for the price, but they do fit well and are very cute. They seem well constructed. Overall I am pleased.

My favorite knock about sneakers! Super comfy and the style I wanted.

I wanted so badly for these shoes to work! I have been shopping for walking shoes for an upcoming trip to Rome. I have hard-to-fit feet (wide, with high arches and a narrow heel) but I’m vain enough to want something cuter than my Saucony stability runners for city streets. These show up on every list of travel shoe recommendations for women, but unfortunately they are not the One Shoe for me. I wear a size 7 and ordered both a 37 and 38 to try on at home. The 38 was WAY too long, while the 37 was too narrow in the toe box, even when I removed the top insole. I’m sad these didn’t work for me, because they looked great with leggings and skinny jeans, and they’re obviously very high quality construction.

I have owned many pairs of these shoes. They fit me better than any sneakers I have owned. And they are so good looking and great quality! They last forever. I'm so glad I found them.

I ordered several pairs of sneakers. These were by far the most comfortable right out of the box with the best support.

This was the perfect "dressy sneaker"; just what I need for a trip to Italy. They fit great out of the box with no need for breaking in. I'm normally between an 8 and 8.5. I needed the 8.5!

I returned this item because only one shoe arrived in the box. I have two feet. Zappos was very helpful and issued my refund right away. Went to buy them at a store because I needed them quick. Super comfy travel shoe, by the way.

These are soft and comfortable right out of the box. Everything is flexible: the leather, the outsole, the insole. I don’t feel like there is not any breaking in required. Just enough arch support for me—a cushion, but does not feel rigid. The white is a warm white not a blue white, which I personally prefer. It has enough width for metatarsal bones, and doesn’t over-narrow at the toes (like Chuck Taylors, for instance). The length is good with just enough extra to account for swelling on a plane or a long sightseeing day without feeling too big the rest of the time.

These are perfect, staple white leather shoes that are actually comfortable. I have a narrow foot and narrow heel, and the cut of this shoe allowed me to make a good fit with the lacing. There is decent room in the toe box as well, maybe not as much as a true barefoot shoe, but far more than some other brands I tried recently (Cariuma, Frankie4, Zadig and Voltaire).

Look and feel very nice

I really wanted to love these shoes -- they are really cute and very nice footbed. However, there are rough spots where the eyes of the laces and tongue hit my foot for me so had to return :(

I've had my white soft 7's now for about 2 years. They are still going strong. Love these shoes, especially for travel because my feet on the leather insoles never get tired. And the outsole doesn't yellow as much as I thought it would over time.

These are my 3rd pair of Soft 7's (all different styles). This latest pair is just like the others, very comfortable and true to size. I haven't needed any breaking in period with any of the Soft 7's, they've always been great right out of the box and comfortable to wear all day.

Super happy with these. Bought several styles and returned them all except these. Comfortable straight out of the box.
