The fit was too long. I usually wear a size 8 but this shoe was too big Also, something was hurting my little toe. And number three, they slipped on the heel. They are beautiful shoes but not for me. Big disappointment!

This is an attractive sneaker and probably worth the price due to obvious quality. But it didn't fit just right on my 9 N foot. I ordered the 9 and it felt a bit long and slid on my heel. Probably not as much support as I need anyway. Returned them.

The site says that a 6 - 6.5 should order a 37. I did and they were large on me. Thanks to Zappos great customer service, I spoke with associate and she suggested I exchange them for 36; which Ecco says is 5 - 5.5 and they fit me perfectly (I am a 6 -6.5- EU 36.5) - so watch out for the strange ECCO advice regarding size and order you regular European size. Shoes are comfortable, cushioned and with a heel pad in each shoe I was able to eliminate walking out of the shoe. I ordered the Deep Forest Metallic and they are very dark green and look amazing.

Really cute and nice cushioned support but too narrow across the toes (actually, bunions!) for me. Love the metallic fig color and the softness of the leather. Cute style. The style doesn't work for me because of all the seams and layers of leather right where I need the most flex and give at my bunions. Super cute shoe though and if I had ideal feet I would keep them. Sadly, I don't....but the good news I ended up keeping the Ecco Flexure Runner Tie, which had the same lovely soft leather but with more room for my wide piggy feet.

Nice sneaker. Ecco always makes nice shoes. The style was just a little too bland for me. Returned them and kept the Tigers instead.

Thought they were a little narrow,in the toe area, although not to the point of returning as they will shape to my foot. Love the color and Ecco is one of my go to brands . There isn’t a whole lot of arch support. But still comfortable.

I had a similar experience to another recent reviewer: I ended up ordering/keeping the men's version of this shoe instead! My feet are a *smidge* on the wider side but I rarely need to purchase wide sizes for comfort. However, when I tried my usual size (US9 o/EU40) in these gorgeous sneakers, they felt way too small--both in terms of length (they rubbed at my ankles) and width (they were uncomfortably narrow). Following the previous reviewer's advice, I ordered the men's version (it really does look *almost* identical). In men's, size US6/6.5 EU 40 fit best (note: this was a size smaller than the one Zappos suggested based on my size in women's). If I'm totally honest, they still feel a bit too narrow for my feet (which I've never encountered in Ecco before so I'm a bit surprised!), but they're comfortable otherwise so I'm keeping them and hoping they mold to my foot a bit as I wear them regularly. The style of this shoe is great (the black looks sleek and sophisticated for a sneaker, which I love) and I'm excited to wear them on an upcoming trip with lots of walking. If they fare well, I'll definitely be ordering the sneakers in more colors--just in the men's version!

I think I've tried every "sneaker" looking shoe that was not a true athletic shoe. This is the first one that I can fit my orthotics in and are comfortable. I still can't walk for hours in them but they are cute and great for short errands, etc and I love the look. They are extremely soft and flexible. They do have a little arch of their own but I still need my orthotics because I have some foot issues. Also I have a thin heel and if I lace them the right way they don't slip. Very happy to find these shoes.

I love Ecco shoes; however, these felt wide and were “heavy”. Was hoping to wear to Europe in the fall, but sending back. Love Zappos easy returns

I purchased these to wear with custom orthotics, but they were too small and shallow to comfortably fit my orthotics. I think a larger size would have been too long, so I returned them. The leather was very soft, and the shoes were attractive. If I could forgo the orthotics I would have kept them. The edge of the heel has a bit of a curve, so they should be fine for brisk walking. They are very low cut, so they look best with no socks or no-show socks.

Love the fit. Didn't care for the color. Moon Cow is more of a green gray and I wanted gray. Will be returning unfortunately.

I ordered the size I always wear and they were too tight at the toes. Not sure if it was half a size or full size too small.

Really good quality and looked nice on my feet but my toes were rubbing against the front. eventhough it said 11-11.5 it was still too small.

Nice color and the finish looks rich. Be aware that it runs suprisingly small for a "comfort" brand.

Cute shoe, a tad small and too tight in the bottom part where the laces start.

I really love this shoe, however, the 7's were too big and the 6.5's too small!

Look wise they are the best. Can't wear them for a long day of shopping since they lack the arch support. Other than that they are fine.

Cute and soft leather but I had to return them. There was a seam or stitch in the shoe that rubbed against the top of my foot.

These shoes are super cute and well-made. My only complaint is the material inside the shoe. I wish they would have made the inside lining with a soft leather instead of the fabric. The description says leather lining, but it is not leather.

I bought several pair of white sneakers for a recent trip. These were the cushiest, but not as attractive in my opinion as the others I bought: Frye Gemma Low Lace and Kenneth Cole's. The white compared to the other shoes was a little grayish. In the end, I chose the Kenneth Cole shoes as they combined the style of the Fryes and the comfiness of these Ecco. I definitely want to get these in black though.

I purchased these for traveling. I wanted a black sneaker that looked nice and was not a bulky as an athletic sneaker. They felt a little tight when I put them on, but figured that the leather would soften after being worn (like a dress shoe). I decided they looked nice enough to commit to taking the time to break them in. Well...they never loosened up, and they are very uncomfortable. I tried swapping out the insoles thinking that might help, but no luck with that either. Very disappointed.

Too tight in the toe. This is my 3rd pair of same style, same size--these are different!

Super cute shoes- unfortunately very low and really narrow.

The size and fit were true to size. But, the shoes do not look brand new. There is some mottling on the outer sole and some markings on the back of the shoe. I am returning.
