Good quality leather…. cap toe and leather tags add interest. Didn’t need to add orthotics …. very good arch support. A bit more cushioning and they’d be 5 stars!

The shoes look good, fit well and they are very sturdy. However, I had to replace the laces: they are too big for the holes and covered in some kind of waxy-sticky stuff making it impossible de adjust. Once I bought new laces, it was perfect.

The toe box is stiff and the seam runs right across the top of the box which makes it uncomfortable when walking.

Normally I give this shoe a 5-star rating on everything. I had to return this particular pair because the left shoe felt a little short. When I received the new pair (same style and size) they were fine. I do wonder a little if the shoe is being made at a different factory; the workmanship, while good, was not quite as excellent as prior pairs I have ordered. That being said; I'll continue to get this shoe. I have 4 pairs in different colors.

I have finally given up to a white shoe trend and these shoes fit all of my requirements: classic looking but not outdated, cute, comfortable, and easy to clean. Four stars instead of five because the shoes require some breaking in and they squeak when walking on some surfaces.

These feel pretty good on my aged, arthritic, skinny (and needless to say, hard-to-fit) size 11s. Support is adequate; someone with truly flat feet might want a little more lift at the arch. I was hoping for a lightweight lace-up to wear with summer pants and skirts -- something like the Keds leather sneaker but with more support -- but I am finding them a bit stiff, heavy and soft in name only. More like structured walking shoes than summer casuals. My major dissatisfaction is the color, which is NOT white. It is pale cream with a grayish cast -- only the laces are the bright optic white I was hoping for. I'll keep them, but I am tempted to take a bottle of white shoe polish to them.

Very cute leather sneaker,however, it is too narrow for my foot.The length was fine but i need a wide width. So sad to return.

Loved the look. Size 42 just a bit too small; size 43 way too big.

Medium width usually fits - these were narrow across the ball of the foot, and didn't allow my toes enough space, so back they go. Nice leather, well made, though. Sorry they don't fit me.

I had high hopes for this shoe. I was looking for a leather lined sneaker with good support at arch and metatarsal, was well padded, and provided stability and anti-pronation. I'm sorry it didn't work for me because the shoe is attractive and would be great for summer. Thanks to Zappos for its patience in helping customers find the best style and fit.

I bought these shoes in the white. I have flat feet with bunions and lots of foot issues but these are keepers. They have really good arch support so I didn’t need to use my arch inserts. The leather is super soft and is the kind that keeps getting softer with wear. These shoes were comfortable out of the box with no break in time needed. Super cute and well made.

Cute, cute. Like color a lot. Step up from a sneaker. Don’t think I’d pick it for lots of walking tho.

Let me start with I loved these shoes. I bought the Merigold color. My problem is that I have a very high arch and a very high instep. Because of my high arch, I have orthotics that I wear in all of my shoes. My orthotics are so thick that I cannot wear them with these shoes. I thought about buying a larger size, but then they would have been too long. I wish I could have figured out a way to make them work.

Love these! I’ve worn them just around the house on hardwood floors and they are so comfortable. There is almost like a hidden little wedge in the heel that lifts your foot slightly. Very lightweight. The rubber around the edge has a weird seam in the front of each shoe. The laces are taught and don’t slide through the holes easily so taking them on/off is tough. I’m a 6.5 size and I ordered the 37 in these. They feel more like a US 6 than 6.5 to be honest, but I can get away with it since I really like these shoes. So much more comfortable than my Supergas and J Slides!

I ordered a 7 which fit just fine. (I'm between 6.5 and 7 in street shoes.) I liked the pattern on the grey more than I expected. I'm not wild about the bright white laces and soles, but they are exactly as pictured. I'm returning them because a seam on the inside hit my foot in an uncomfortable way near the big toe.

Returned first order for next size up. Love the fit and cushion of these shoes.

These shoes are super cute with good arch support but the seam just happens to hit right where my bunion is so unfortunately they are going back. I am so glad for Zappos because I had the chance to wear them in the house long enough for the pain to set in. If I had tried these on in a store I never would have had the time to figure out that they would eventually hurt.

I love these shoes. I bought them for walking a trade show (miles and miles) and needed to look professional yet comfort was my main goal. The only issue I had/have is the top (where the lacing ends/begins just up from your toes) digs into the top of my foot. I have very flat, narrow feet. The irritation wasn't as bad as some other sneaker type shoes I've bought, but it you definitely notice the pressure. Hopefully it will soften over time. The look is super cute though!

Unfortunately, my right heel slips out of the shoe with the insole provided. Other insoles I tried were even higher, so my heel slipped even more. Bummed that I have to return them, as this was what I was looking for in a comfortable walking sneaker.

My husband loves Ecco and recommended that I also try them and I was in the market for a dressy casual sneaker Because this shoe is an 11 - 11.5 and I usually order 12 that end up being too big after wearing a couple of times. I am experimenting with this sizing. Overall, the comfort is good and I like the design - perfect for those after meeting walks when in LA.

The fit was too long. I usually wear a size 8 but this shoe was too big Also, something was hurting my little toe. And number three, they slipped on the heel. They are beautiful shoes but not for me. Big disappointment!

This is an attractive sneaker and probably worth the price due to obvious quality. But it didn't fit just right on my 9 N foot. I ordered the 9 and it felt a bit long and slid on my heel. Probably not as much support as I need anyway. Returned them.

The site says that a 6 - 6.5 should order a 37. I did and they were large on me. Thanks to Zappos great customer service, I spoke with associate and she suggested I exchange them for 36; which Ecco says is 5 - 5.5 and they fit me perfectly (I am a 6 -6.5- EU 36.5) - so watch out for the strange ECCO advice regarding size and order you regular European size. Shoes are comfortable, cushioned and with a heel pad in each shoe I was able to eliminate walking out of the shoe. I ordered the Deep Forest Metallic and they are very dark green and look amazing.

Really cute and nice cushioned support but too narrow across the toes (actually, bunions!) for me. Love the metallic fig color and the softness of the leather. Cute style. The style doesn't work for me because of all the seams and layers of leather right where I need the most flex and give at my bunions. Super cute shoe though and if I had ideal feet I would keep them. Sadly, I don't....but the good news I ended up keeping the Ecco Flexure Runner Tie, which had the same lovely soft leather but with more room for my wide piggy feet.
