I usually love Naturalizer shoes. But this was way too small. It has nice padding inside, which made me think that they would be super comfortable. But just because there was so much padding, it left no room for the foot to squeeze in! They should have made them roomier to allow for the padding.

Although I ordered my usual size, 10 narrow, the heel is quite loose. I walked out of the shoes right away. Couldn't possibly wear them.

I've had these shoes for 6 months and I can say they are noticeably more comfortable than any other heels I've owned. I've worn these almost every single work day and they are starting to show wear. I'm used to the heel cap wearing out and have no issue getting that replaced; however, the sole is now peeling back, chipping off, and the leather on the small platform is peeling back too. While I love the comfort I'd expect these to last a lot longer for the price. With that said, I'm honestly debating purchasing them again just for the comfort factor and I love that they come in wide.

I was looking for patent nude office shoe and was glad that Naturalizer has so nice design. I am size 7.5W. But the shoe bit my feet after couple of hours of wearing it. So, I got a size bigger. But end of the day, the shoe started to bit my feet. The pair was horrid. Returned both of them.

These are so cute! I was so bummed when they did not fit. I purchased the extra wide and they were still on the narrow side. I would say they compare to just normal heels.

I have size 8.5 wide feet and huge big toes. I ordered these in WW and they were very comfortable. Too bad they were the squeakiest, noisiest, croakiest pair of shoes I've ever come across. Made such a racket with every step! Have to send them back.

I have flats made by Naturalizer and was hoping their heels would fit as well as the flats. Disappointed. I really like the style but I have enough heels that almost fit. Perfect length but they felt "hard" on my feet...on the soles, on the top and sides of the toes. I tried adding insoles but made things worse. Had to return.

I have owned many pairs of Naturalizer shoes and these are marked narrow,however they are not. They border on being wide, actually, and a bit longer than a normal size 7. They are extremely comfortable, however, and I regret that I must return them.

These beautiful pumps had everything I was looking for (heel height, raised platform, rounded toe box and foot bed padding. However, they were lacking in the expected comfort that the Naturalizer brand is known for.

I ordered the 7 Narrow and they didn't feel narrow to me at all -- they felt like regulars. As such, my narrow heel just steps right out of them. Back they go.

I wear a true size 4 and have been searching for months to find a black pump that is not too high, doesn't squish my toes and has some comfort and thought I had found it in this shoe. It fit perfectly and had great comfort but unfortunately the back of the shoe comes up extra high so it cut into my heal so I had to return it. I've never had a pump do that before so I was really disappointed. Back to the search again.

These are beautiful shoes, but the slip up & down when I walk. I wear a 7N and my toes were at the end, very uncomfortable to walk in. Can't keep them on my feet...unfortunately, need to be returned.

I ordered the WW size and these shoes are still incredibly tight in the toe box. They are wearable but only after being stretched and broken in. I love the darker nude color and the style is exactly what I wanted, but man they are tight. I usually can wear a w width and be fine. Glad I ordered the WW!

These pumps are attractive and have a nice heel height. The shoes also have a nice cushioned insole. However, I wear a double wide (WW) and the toe box was too narrow. The shoe was a bit long, typical with pumps, but since the toe box is narrow, there is no room for a toe cushion to help the shoes stay on. Unfortunately, these are going back.

I really wanted to love these shoes! Loved the look, however, either my feet are too narrow or the medium width is too wide. :(

TOE BOX TOO NARROW

Too small in the toe box (crunched my toes) but too big at the heel (slip slip slip with every step). Looked lovely standing still but had to go back!
