The fit and size is good and, being a size 11, I find it very difficult to find that in a dress shoe. There's usually something off and selection in the upper sizes being what it is, I have to live with less than ideal fit all the time. I like it enough that I was thinking about buying it in the nude, as well, but I'm leaning against it because the synthetic liner is very uncomfortable. My feet are clammy and sweaty (not usually a problem with me), and I'm sure they'll smell bad before long, too. It's too bad... You'd think for the price, they could have put a natural liner in an otherwise leather shoe.

I bought this shoe in 3 different colors. The first I got was the Navy 8N. They fit perfect! I was so excited about the fit that I didn't really wait to see the quality. I then ordered the Black and the Nude colors. I received the Black recently and the 8N is tighter than the 8N in the Navy. Also, I noticed these scuff more easily than any leather pumps I've ever had. They scuff easily and feel like man made leather of some kind. The quality doesn't seem as good as it used to be. The Naturalizer Brand just doesn't seem as good as it used to be.

I ordered an 8, my usual size but they were too big. I’m returning for a 71/2.

Love them when I first put these on and then waked right out of them! Much too long and 8 1/2 is my true size. Returned. Will not be buying another size.

These are really pretty and look great on. But, I'm about to return the 3rd pair I've tried. No matter the size or width I've tried, i can't find one that doesn't hurt my feet.

These are an "AA" width. I wear "AA" width. They are very loose and sloppy. Can't keep my feet in them when I walk.

I tried on 3 pair before I found the right size. After a couple wearings I'm not overall impressed; the heal height is good for walking & standing but the issue is the shoe is not comfortable to walk or stand in. I have a sit stand desk and I prefer to stand, I also have to walk a little since I commute to the city. The ball of the foot aches after a few hours, and only gets slightly better if you buy a gel pad but even that doesn't fix it. It still really hurts to walk down stairs at the end of the day. I've also developed blisters on the back of both heels & on the top of one of my big toes due to the rubbing. Full disclosure I have narrow feet & high arches - so a slip on shoe is a trial for me anyway, but I had really really really hoped these would do the trick after trying on 3 pairs to find the right size. They don't.

The shoe looks great from the side but I don't like how rounded the toe is, especially since the shoe runs small. The heel is higher than I typically go for and it was still comfortable, which I liked, but in the end, I'm no longer comfortable in so high a heel.

Very comfy. The shoe comes up high on the foot all around. On me, this means it almost made a seal around my foot so every time I stepped...my foot made a toot sound from shifting inside the shoe. That would probably go away as they softened up a bit, but the style really turned me off. The platform is more noticeable in person than online, and if you look closely at the tip of the toe box, it's sort of bulbous/weirdly curved. It's just a weird look all around. Probably no one would notice while you're wearing it (unless they look down to see where the toot sound is coming from), and if you are looking for a workhorse pair of comfy shoes, this might be it. The "Chai Leather" is a very soft metallic bronze color. It is subtle but definitely shimmery/metallic. Not awful, but probably not for everyone.

I'm struggling to find consistency in Naturalizer Michelle shoes. I've bought several pairs recently and I find that an 8.5 W might be too short or too long or too wide or too narrow, depending on the color. I literally walked right out of a 8.5 wide yesterday and an 8.5 w in a different color was too short and too tight, while another 8.5 W fit perfectly. The only difference is the color of the shoe. Additionally, I've had 8 W that are way too big and 8.5 M that were too wide as well. I can't make sense of it. It's a shame because they're the perfect style for my needs.

Very cute shoe, but was not nearly narrow enough for my foot. They gapped around the toes and I had to return them.

I won't repeat what others have said here: comfortable shoe, not hideous, etc. What I didn't see written anywhere is how smelly these things get! I have never in my life thrown shoes away for smelling bad, but these will be my first. They are a plush fabric on the inside. Combine that with the fact that I often wear them to walk to the courthouse in the Texas heat, and after just a few months, they smell like a high school boy's gym shoes. Yuck! I guess if you plan on wearing these inside only, or plan to wear pantyhose, they'll be fine.

These shoes would have fit the bill. Rounded toe, stable heel height, nice leather...81/2M to large slipped off heel not at all safe. 8M to small could not get my foot in. Too bad

The fit was awesome. Loved the shoe EXCEPT the fact that they fart with every step you take. It could be very embarrassing. I returned them. Bummed. I loved the shoe!!!

Normally wear 7WW. Had to order the 7W. The heel slips terribly in my normal size. With the 7W the left shoe doesn't slip in the heel but the right still does a little. I have not worn off the carpet yet as I'm still not sure I am going to keep. I will have to put an anti-slip insert in the heel if I'm going to keep.

They are a perfect color, but the heel is too high. Might go back

The shoe wasn’t a true wife width. The caramel color isn’t what is shown. It’s more of a shiny bronze color.

They fit wonderful and seem like they would be comfortable for the long haul. I had to return them though, because they're really frumpy looking. You'd think I could have figured that out from the image but they're even frumpier looking in person. Like, I feel like you have to buy drugstore pantyhose to really complete the look, you know?

Runs wide and I couldn't keep them on. The sole is comfy though!

Other reviews say these run true to size but I cannot even get my foot into the size I normally wear, so I would say they run small.

Meh. Firstly, I feel like the inside lining material makes my feet hot. Also, these are very tight in the toe box. I got a wide, and am already regretting not getting a WW. Which is kind of insane because in most shows I’m just a normal width. I tried on literally dozens of shoes in this “family” (black, not-patent, leather, 3-inch, not pointy toe). I was stuck between these and a pair of Clark’s, but went with these because they looked slightly less grandma. Now I am regretting it because they aren’t as comfortable. I hoped I would be able to break them in, and they would stretch, but so far, no dice.

I liked these but the WW ran a full size too big. I normally wear a 9.5 in practically every shoe and there was over a full centimeter gap between my heel and the back of the shoe. I am returning for an 8.5WW and let's hope those aren't too small...I will update my review when I receive them.
