This is a beautiful shoe! It would probably be comfortable but, though I normally wear a 6.5M this one was way too big! Will have to send it back, but I'm considering ordering a 6, just haven't decided if I want the of returning and having the 6 not work. Such a dilemma...

This shoe is very classy and pretty and surprisingly comfortable. Padding is nice. I am still searching for the right fit, hoping the 6E will be the magic combo.

I was hesitant to order my usual size based on some of the reviews but took a chance anyway. I think they fit true to size but could see how they would not fit someone with a wide foot. They are very comfortable and I have no issues with wearing them all day at work.

These are really comfortable and easy to walk in. I often have issues with a lot of pumps that seem to always have a tight toe box and too wide of a heel. But these fit like a glove. They have a nice classic look too so it doesn't look like you are wearing a "comfort" shoe. No toe cleavage is a plus! Unfortunately I am exchanging or returning as the navy is not the right color. What is it so hard to find a true navy pump! These have a little too much green in them and I need something close to a midnight navy.

I love this shoe, but I found that my usual size of 8 1/2 was too big so I am ordering 1/2 size down. I have flat narrow feet and the arch support of this show seems in just the perfect location.

I am a 9-9.5 with a wide toe box (which is why I range in size, otherwise, I'd be a true 9). I ordered this shoe in a 9W. It is PERFECT in the toe box, but a little loose on the heel - no worries, a heel cup fixed that up. I've been on the hunt for the last 2.5 years for a classic black pump with a round toe & decent, yet conservative, heel ever since my favorites were discontinued (Cole Haan NEEDS to bring back the Air Talia Pump). This one hits the mark for me - heel height is perfect for every day...not too high, not too low. I'm 5'10" with long legs, so I need SOME heel at the office so I don't look 'dumpy'...but I'm also over 40 & suffered a high ankle sprain a couple years ago, so wearing the same 3.5" heel doesn't always work with my ankles. In short, this is the only black pump that I HAVEN'T returned :)

I HATE heels. I love ballet flats. I live in Tieks. But unfortunately, I am an attorney and wearing heels goes along with the job most days. I can walk in these puppies ALL DAY long. And I'm not dying to take them off at the end of the day. I'll even wear them if I'm going to dinner. Heck, I brought them with me on a cruise last month AND I actually wore them both formal nights and never complained. I have very narrow heels and wide foot beds so finding heels that don't rub and toes that don't pinch is extremely difficult. Thanks to ZAPPOS, I order all six of the recommended brands and tried them all, the Rockport, LifeStride, etc. NONE came close to the cushion and balance I felt in these. They feel normal! My only complaint?? I need more COLORS!!! I love the black snake print though.

I just received these shoes today, as I was hoping to wear them for a Thanksgiving party. I was so sad to discover that they were both too narrow, and the size felt too small. I ordered the size that I used to wear, 7.5 WW, but it was not good at all. It has been a couple of years (!) that I purchased new shoes. Perhaps I need to get measured again to see if that has changed. No pretty shoes for me :o( But Zappos helped me so much, when I needed to change my order time from 2 days to 1 day shipping. They are, as always, a great company!

I was looking for a simple black shoe to go with my black dress. This shoe worked perfectly. Plus it's super comfortable.

I haven't worn these shoes out of the house yet, but I like them. I very rarely wear high heels and these are probably the most comfortable I've tried to date (That said, still not as comfortable as tennis shoes:P ). They are very classy and I'm looking forward to wearing them! They seem well made and a good purchase.

These shoes are very uncomfortable, I've been wearing them to work since April and the cushion is completely worn. The shoes are very hard on the feet.

Very comfortable, but not narrow enough for my heel

I rarely wear heels and wanted a shoe with top comfort and classic but not boring. This one has it all. I trusted the Naturalizer brand, and this one is perfect. Super comfortable, stylish, and the black/gold metallic color is awesome! It has this unique look that I wanted, yet I can wear it with anything, any season.
