I really liked these shoes! I was looking for something that I could use for my at-home workouts and these were stable, mobile in the toe-box, and cute. They were too short for me, though. I had already ordered a half size larger.

Read other reviews and decided to order the shoe in my regular size 9 and half a size bigger. The 9.5 was much more comfortable. Also, the color description says black/pink but to me, it looks closer to blue/pink. I've taken HIIT classes and boxing in them and it's much more comfortable.

I purchased these for the gym. They give me enough support for classes as well as comfort for jogging on the treadmill. My only issue is that they are slightly narrow on the toe area.

I love these! I got them in my true 8½ and do not have any issues or complaints as running shoes. I do have a more narrow foot and like my shoes to fit snug with an ultra thin low sock, and these are perfect. I also am a short distance runner and sprinter - I have not ran over 7 miles in these so I cannot comment on long distance runs. I am, however, looking for a high intensity shoe with more cushion and support for my knees - HIIT, HEAT, BOOTCAMP and TABATA classes at the gym are rough and I need more support for that kind of movement. I get compliments every time I wear them - they are great shoes.

I normally wear a 7 but they were too small. Definitely go up half a size. Zappos made the exchange very easy. The color on the screen is accurate. Super cute and comfy shoes. I plan to wear them for work; I walk a lot in a hospital and the heels are very cushiony and add a spring to my step. Probably wouldn't wear for running. They don't have enough arch support for me, but they are good everyday shoes.

I tried these shoes on upon receipt in order to wear them around the house a bit to test for comfort. They were very difficult to get my feet into even though I went up a half size due to inserts. I had to reposition one of the inserts due to shifting while attempting to get the shoe comfortable on my foot. Within a few minutes of walking around, my foot and toes on this same foot began cramping. I could only relieve it by removing the shoe and returning to a pair with arch support. I suppose more brick and mortar shopping and trying on more styles will better prepare me for the inexperience of online shoe shopping.

Ordered wide but still felt narrow. If had been wider, would have kept them; otherwise felt comfortable.

I liked the way this shoe looked and the size (slightly wider than other shoes). I never have to "break in" a good pair of shoes, but I gave these a chance. They are *killing* my feet and I'm under 25. I really wish I could return them since I can't wear them. I've never had foot pain in my life before wearing these shoes.

Terrible fit and terrible support. I am very surprised New Balance put this garbage out. I have been a loyal New Balance customer for years and these are the most uncomfortable, ill-fitting, unsupportive sneakers I have bought in a while. Zappos on the other hand, a little slower delivery than usual, but I am spoiled. Still fast though and great customer service.

Not a fan! I bought these for walking, general daily wearing and gym workouts (no running). After a few days, I was in so much pain that I am now hoping I didn't injure myself. The inner edges of the soles of my feet and various areas on the bottoms of my feet have sharp, stinging, pins-and-needles type pain. The center of my forefeet hurts like it would from wearing high heels - feels like I was walking directly on the bone. I didn't wear them today and the pain is better but not gone. I have never had this problem with any shoe before. I have somewhat flat feet and have worn everything from a super-supportive shoe to a bare minimalist shoe and nothing has ever hurt me this much. They are cute, for what that's worth!

Purchased this New Balance sneaker back in September. I have always been a fan of this company and it's product. This particular sneaker however was poorly made. I have worn the sneaker maybe about a 1/2 dozen times and the rubber sole on the bottom of one of the sneakers started coming off. One small section detached completely and the other main part is now coming off. I think it's more of a production issue than design flaw as I've never had an issue with a New Balance sneaker in the past. Anyway I contacted Zappos and told them what happened. They gave me the option of a refund or sending me a new pair at no charge. I chose the new pair. I didn't even have to return the defective one. As always, Zappos provided great customer service. I have been a long time customer and they have never disappointed me with their service. I like New Balance products and never had an issue before so hopefully this was just a faulty product.
