These boots are light and the design is nice. they are warm, waterproof but VERY slippery on ice. I bought them for my kids to walk easily and nicely in snow days. but when snow turns to ice on walking paths they are slippery. I will not buy them again!

I was looking for a boot that my 3yo could wear in the snow but also wear as a shoe for everyday use. Unfortunately, there is absolutely no lining in these at all. It's as if he would just be wearing a regular shoe in the snow with no insulation to keep his foot warm whatsoever. The material inside the shoe itself is really just thin nylon and that's it. The thick material you see at the top of the boot only goes as far as the ankle. I know his feet would freeze even if wearing thick warm socks. If using these as just a regular shoe without getting wet in the winter they may work well but not as a snow shoe. I like the concept but wish it was better insulated like a true snow boot.

I bought two pairs of these boots for my two y.o. son this season. He grew out of the first one very quickly and I bought the larger pair with no hesitation. Very lightweight boots, easy to put on and off, warm enough for 35F, if he is walking. Highly recommend.

The Snoots looked small coming out of the box, but they were true to size once my son put them on his feet. They are more of a sneaker size than large snow boot. I love the option of rolling down the top portion once he comes inside from recess. Up here in New England, we have to pack extra sneakers when they wear snow boots to school. Now, with the the exception of PE day, he can just wear the snoot! The top is very soft. So you would want to have snow pants that have an inside cuff to avoid snow getting inside the boot. This was a good purchase. My son thought they were much comfier than his other Khombu boots.

Love these boots!! You can roll them down and they’re perfect for everyday wear even if there’s no snow.

Love these! This is the 2nd year I’ve bought these for my son. Very easy to get on and off if you roll down the gator. Much less clunky than a tradition snow boot- so much easier for a 2 and 3 year old to run in.

I buy these for my kids every year. My son has extremely wide feet and it’s very hard to find a snow boot wide enough . I usually buy 1-1 1/2 sizes up for him to accommodate for with . They fit a little big in the beginning but last him all winter . As for my daughter I buy her regular size and they for greatcthe whole season . The kids love them and they are easy to take on and off . ( purchased for 3 & 4 year old )

Versatile winter shoe/boot. I found it very useful for a daycare setting. My little one could easily go between indoors and outdoors during the day without needing to change footwear.

My 6 year old loved wearing these in the snow much easier to play and run around in then heavy snow boots that cause kids to trip over them! Love that they have the Velcro to tighten them up

Very nice, warm, waterproof boots for kids! They fit perfect! I have a big 3 year old with wide feet! I can't find any other wide width boots, so I came here! He loves them! He wears a 12 Wide, so I ordered them a half size larger, in a 12.5 Wide!

I loved it! I have no worries about my little guy's feet being cold and they fit him great. I had to order it a whole size larger as they do run a bit smaller than his regular size. He is able to walk around them comfortably and were delivered very quickly just in time for the snow! He looks so cute in them! I am very satisfied with my purchase..

This has been the perfect boot for all the snow we've gotten in the mid atlantic region recently. My son was in the snow for 30 minutes yesterday and an hour today. His feet were not cold (or hot) after either snow sessions and his socks were 100% dry. I am REALLY happy with this shoe/boot. Compared to his Sorel boots, It's lighter and easier for him to walk in. He's size 10.5 Nike sneakers, but in these he's 11.5 and there's still some wiggle room when he wears thick socks. Highly recommend for snow use.

My toddler has a pretty wide foot and a high arch, so finding winter boots that fit is nearly impossible. I read about Stride Rite on the forum and decided to give it a try. I am beyond pleased! These boots fit perfectly and look great, they are light and have a soft lining, and my son loves them, the first time we put them on, he did not want to take them off. It's easy to adjust the width of the boot, so the kid can ware either a regular thin socks in the fall, or something thicker on the cold winter day.

My 7 yo likes these. One of the only boots in his size and width. He wears them to play in the snow and his feet stay dry and warm.

Bought these for my 4 year old grandson, he absolutely loves them. He put them on immediately and ran around the house in them for the whole day. He had Merrell boots last year and told me that these are his favorite ever... spoken like a 4 year old!

My two year old had difficulty pulling the boot over his foot. He has high arches. It's a great boot, I just wished they got him better

So, my son also has wide feet and a high arch, so I was happy to order these. They are definitely easy to get on and off and the width is good. However their soles are quite heavy, compared to the rest of the shoe, which is very thin. They do not look like a 'winter' boot, for places that get really cold. I personally did not love them as they have no structure above the sneaker part. It seems like the foot can also slip out easily; the strap did not adjust as tight as we needed. I recommend trying them.
