THE MOST REMARKABLE RUNNING SHOE EVER! There are good running shoes and there are great running shoes. The SpeedGoat is a great running shoe. I have the Bondi 4 and decided to try the Speedgoat since I was so in love with my pair of Hokas. I was prepared to be impressed, but not astonished by how comfortable the shoe is for me. It is an astonishing and supportive shoe. I'm keen on the way it looks as well. I usually take a Size 10, but the 9.5 has been most comfortable in Hoka shoes. My foot is medium-wide across the toes and my heel is narrower. I highly recommend Hoka and especially the Hoka Speedgoat. I also receive many compliments on the shoe.

SWEET looking shoe! Felt very cushy and supportive. One of the few Hokas made for mid-foot strikers. Fits true to size. Plenty of toe box room to splay toes. Really bummed I had to send them back because the heel cup is a bit too tight for my sensitive feet. Even went up a half size to try and make these awesome shoes work but they were too big then. Only Hoka I found that doesn't look a bit weird, these look more like a normal shoe. CUTE colors, too! Dang I wanted these to work. Thanks ZAPPOS for allowing me to buy/return for FREE - you ROCK!!

I usually wear the Hoka Challenger for trail running, but wanted to try these. They didn't work for me as they seem to run narrow. Had to return them.

Great fit! Very comfortable shoes! I have arthritis in my toes and they are the only shoe that is comfortable for walking.

This shoe is so comfortable and I really loved it, but the shoe runs big. I could have worn a 1/2 size smaller.

These shoes felt very comfortable when I tried them on, but seemed to run a little big. I am exchanging for a half size smaller as I'm looking forward to walking in these shoes.

These shoes are great! :) Right knee pain for about 6 weeks, I must have been over-pronating more than I thought. These shoes have been the fix! Looking at purchasing the other color, just cause!

I am a huge Hoka fan and love the Clifton, I have worn Clifton in many long races including Ironman marathons and feet/toes felt perfect. I tried the Speedgoat and looks pretty and felt great to walk in but it is much narrower in the toe box that the Clifton, ended up with huge blisters on two little toes running in a hilly race. Also much higher in the toe than the Clifton and the exaggerated forwarded rocking feels good but also gave me blisters on the ends of my big toes! Running down hill my big toes got pushed up against the front of the shoe, even though the size was perfect with plenty of room in the toe. Maybe not the best shoe for long distance hill running. I will go back to the old faithful Clifton.

Great show but the left one is too big, seems to be a problem with all of them for me.

So far, so great! Chose this model from 2 that I ordered. Both models were listed as having 5mm drop, but the cushioning of the other (Clifton) resulted in the feel of a negative heel. I have a complicated and compromised ankle joint with limited and painful dorsiflexion so any negative heel shoe is a poor choice.

I have never written a Zappos review. Well, there is a first time for every thing right? Well, the moment I put this trail running shoes on I wanted to run. It felt like I was walking on the clouds. It is usually hard to find any running shoes for me since I have a wide feet. For these I only ordered half size bigger and it was perfect! I wear 10W but I ordered 10.5M. I am keeping this one!

I really wanted to love these shoes. I have several pairs of Hokas and they are all wonderful, but the Speedgoat is not quite the same -- narrower toe box, shorter length, less cushy than the others. I love the colors, but comfort has to come first, so back they go. The Clifton model suits my feet much better.

These take a little getting used to. I walk 5 miles three or four times a week and need shoes that can hold up. I need a narrow heel and these fit the bill. These shoes are built to last.

I wanted to like these shoes but the toe is NOT wide. I do not have wide feet and have never had an issue before but with these my toes are crushed. Sending them back.

Nope. Not worth it. Read the reviews, and it seemed like a great shoe, and very comfortable. Ran 2 miles in it, and felt it harder in my knees than in my old worn out shoes. There's no cushioning for the toes, it alters your gait, and it's pretty pricey. No upper cushioning either, if you wanted that. Used them on the elliptical, and no great shakes there either. Oh well. Stuck with them for a few months til I can justify trying something else. Colors are great, tho. That's fun. Was hoping these would be The Shoes. Better luck next time.

I wanted to like these. I have an old pair of Hoka trail shoes, and I was disappointed that these don't feel cushioned like my old ones. Bummer, because I love the colors! Thanks to Zappos wonderful exchange policy, I'm excited to try out the Stinsons! Thanks Zappos!

I had to send these shoes back mostly because I pulled my achilles heel on my first run in these shoes. Unfortunately, this was one week before hiking through New Zealand. I limped through both islands. Also, these shoes make my two small toes on my left foot go numb.
They seem super comfortable but reeked havoc on my feet. I loved the colors and the look but just cannot wear them. I tried to wear them today just to walk in and my achilles is killing me whenever I put them on. Not sure that that's all about.

I was so ready to love these. I ordered the medium, what I wear in all other running/walking shoe brands. They felt great until about mile 2. Long story short I ended up with terrible blisters on several toes. Toebox very narrow. After everything healed I tried one more time and had same problem. I wear a narrow shoe, running shoes are the only medium widths. Guess I'd need a wide in these but I can't return after 12 miles of wearing and I'm too skeptical to risk another pair at this price. Lesson learned, brooks, saucony, adics, etc for me. Never again trying a hoka!
