I'm 6'4" 190 and the XL size fits me just fine. They go down and stop right above my ankle bone and don't ride up at all while playing basketball. Keeps my legs warm during play and rest without overheating like the hyperwarm tights do. Vented on the inside of your leg so they don't get too hot.

These pants have worked out amazing. They’re breathable yet still provide some warmth for those colder days. I’m 6’3, 200lbs and the size large fit great.

If you're on the shorter side just roll up once and you'll be good to go

In terms of sizing, I would order these based on the size pants you normally wear and not necessarily sizing based on their guidelines. According to the sizing chart I should be a size small, even though I normall wear a size medium in pants. Other reviews suggested ordering a bit larger than expected, so I went with the medium and am happy I did. They are still solid compression at that size without being too tight, which the small probably would have been. If too much length is an issue, you can pull the bottoms up and the compression is tight enough to keep them pulled up. (For reference, I am 5'9" and ~150 lbs., slim build) Another thing to note that isn't clear from the pictures is that the material along the insides of the legs is different from the rest of the tights. This part is where the "cooling" feature comes in, and the inner leg portions are more of a porous/mesh-like material that allows air flow. I definitely was not hot wearing these even in a warm gym.

These fit perfectly snug. I have a 29 waist and bought a small. It's a bit tight, but that's expected since it's compression. Feels very nice and snug on the skin. Would recommend.

Great for workouts. These compression pants do not make me overheat.
