I bought the shoes for my father in law and he's very happy with shoes in all aspects.

We did have to send them back for a larger size. Everything else was fine. I can't say enough about Zappos. Contacted them right away, they sent out the new ones , which we received in a couple days. They also said don't return the old sneakers until we got the new ones. (Who does that) Did as they said and couldn't be happier with the sneakers and Zappos

It was a good buy. I usually have problems because the width of my feet. With these shoes I had a little room to spare.

As advertised very happy. . . However, I am most impressed with Zappos service. I ordered on a Thursday afternoon and my order arrived Friday afternoon. A couple states away but the order had to be out for shipping pretty darn quick after I placed my order.

It is extremely difficult for my husband to find shoes that fit his 4E-width, flat feet comfortably, and he has absolutely no complaints about these. They are lightweight and wear well. I have purchased them repeatedly for him in both the lace-up and velcro styles.

I received these sneakers in excellent time and they fit very well. I immediately started to wear them and they are very comfortable. I like to have a pair of black sneakers to wear every day and these fit the bill.

My son has big feet for his age, and the "boys" shoes weren't cutting it. These are such a hit that he has worn out his first pair and we're getting the next size up. He says there's great traction, comfort and they look good for play or, since they're black, he can get away with wearing them when he's dressing up. I'm mighty tempted to buy the next size up, too, in case they're discontinued!

I bought these as a "summer" shoe for daily wear. They are well made and fit and finish are good. I wear 9 1/2..4E wide and am hard to fit. Padded foot bed is good. However what most surprised me was the excellent traction they provide in the WINTER on slippery snow and ice covered sidewalks. This is my "go to" shoe for light snow days when there is 1-2 inches. I also wear them on trails and "off road".I have purchased several pairs.

I was most impressed by the prompt delivery. The shoes came to our door the day after I ordered them. They fit beautifully, and I am able to put them on without help!
