Great all purpose studio/training shoe. It's light weight and flexible. I prefer a minimal shoe, which this is, but it also provides comfort.

I am using these shoes at the gym for Body Attack and Body Pump...they were very comfortable right out of the box. I ordered a half size up and they are just a tad big, but I think my usual size would have been too small. The laces did loosen up throughout the workout, but that was easily solved with a double knot. They almost conform to the shape of your foot. I love Asics trainers...it is so hard to find a good training shoe!

These are my favorite workout/gym shoes. They fit great and provide lots of arch support. This is my third pair as I own these in three different colors. I only wear Asics for working out.

I find these run a half size small so I order up. I absolutely love these sneakers and had my last pair for three years. Good quality and the best sneakers I've ever had.

Perfect gym/weight training shoe. It's lightweight, feels like a sock basically, makes it possible to really use/work all of the foot for balance moves, etc. I agree with other reviewers that this is best worn without socks. I wear 5.5 in all my Asics (running & tennis shoes) and sized the same for this model and I'm happy with the fit.

I bought these for my HIIT class and I absolutely love them. I picked the English rose and blue multicolored and they are really pretty and look exactly like the picture. I don't wear socks with them because apparently that's how they were designed and I've had no problems with sweaty feet slipping or any odor issues. I started wearing them running errands or to the park with my kids this spring with all the rain because I love how breathable and quick I can go from bare feet to out the door. No issues with wet socks to worry about either! They are very lightweight and flexible, so not sure they are best for running or tennis for example, but they are perfect for any workout classes like Zumba or Crossfit. I'm considering buying another pair to use strictly as indoor house shoes because I love them so much. I'm typically a size 9 after having kids and these fit my bare feet perfectly in a 9. I might have been able to get away with an 8.5 bc they fit when I tried them on but I was worried they might smash my toes when jumping because there was no room for forward movement.

It was unclear to me if these shoes are supposed to be worn with or without socks. I wish they had included directions on this. Otherwise, very comfortable, and I was really pleased with the cushioning.

Comfortable shoe, but not for running. Love the look of the shoes. I ordered 2 sizes, as I wasn't sure of the sizing. I was able to wear the smaller size and return the other.

Love the shoes. Very comfortable but it runs short. I ordered a 9 and had to return them for a 9-1/2 which fit perfectly.

I originally ordered a size bigger than I normally get because of the reviews. I wore them for a work out and they were huge. I have very wide feet and a high instep so I was assuming going a size up would be helpful. It was not. But the shoes are so comfortable that I ordered another pair in my actual size. I hate that I wasted so much money. But the shoes are cute and will be perfect for crossfit! They are actually great for my wide feet. Pleasant surprise!

I love love these shoes but I find them to be true to size. I was worried because I have fairly wide feet so I ordered a half size up. I thought they were too big but wondered maybe if they could work so I did I Crossfit wod in them and they were too big. Now I can't exchange them. Bummer. I may order the smaller size when I get some cash because I love the weight and feel. Perfect for Crossfit or other workouts with minimal running. I wouldn't do long distances in them but they are comfy! And cute!

I love these shoes. I have three pairs in different colors that I ordered last summer. However, it seems that the pair I just ordered in March 2016 ran short in length. Otherwise these are a great investment.

Great for lifting and HIIT type workouts. I wouldn't run long distances in these shoes however they are great for sprinting during workouts. Can't say enough about how comfortable these shoes are. Absolutely LOVE them.

Love these shoes, got them in the normal size I wear (10) and can still wear socks with them...although I don't wear thick socks to the gym so that can make a difference I guess. I love the light weight feeling and will be great for classes at the gym.

I bought these shoes a couple of months ago and they are amazing. I usually wear them to walk to work and thought that it would be a good idea to use them in a 10k race. I was skeptical that they would not give me enough support but I went for it anyway. On top of that I only trained three times (believe it or not). I finished the race in one and a half hours. I am 5'1" and 160 pounds. I think these are one of the best running shoes that I have owned.

Alright- I have wide, flat, big feet. I also always have to wear socks (no socks...sweaty feet...give me the heebie jeebies). I saw these are supposed to fit pretty snug, no socks, so I ordered a whole size up. The width felt alright, but the length.. no! I looked like a clown! I exchanged for a half size up to accommodate my thin socks and they fit great. Love the tie dye appearance, super light, super comfortable.

I love these shoes for cross training - I do Cross Fit and they are almost 100% perfect. They are definitely not running shoes or every day/all day shoes. They are super light, have an all around elastic fit so they slip on without needing to tie (MY FAVORITE!!) and have good grip/comfortable support right out of the box. My only complaint is that when doing quick sprints or gassers and I go to switch directions or quickly pivot, sometimes my foot keeps going a bit and slides past the sole to stretch the elastic top. It gives me a feeling of instability when that happens. Also, I've had them for 6 months and some of the graphics have chipped/worn off. Still, when it comes time to replace them I will buy another pair.

I bought these specifically for Zumba. My cross trainers didn't allow me to feel the floor enough. I went by the other reviewers on sizing and bought a half size up as I like to wear a sport sock and they fit great. I also took out the insole so I could slip my own active insole and they accommodate the insole just fine. Fun print, great dance shoe.

These shoes are very soft and fit well without rubbing. They don't have much support, but are great for doing fitness tapes, especially because they don't have a thick, wide sole to get caught when doing side moves. Definitely sized to wear without socks.

Very light shoe. Great for Crossfit. My previous sneaker was an ASIC and was conflicted on ordering the next half size up due to the reviews. I took a chance and ordered the same size as my last shoe, 7.5, and it fits perfectly. Although, it is more narrow at the toe, but fits comfortably, just takes time getting used to a different fit.

I love these cute shoes - I did have to go up a half size which is unusual for me. I bought my daughters the same shoes in a different color and they also had to go up a half size. I will not be using these for the gym rather wearing when I need comfy shoes and want to look stylish.

Very flexible and super comfortable with or without socks. From reading other reviews, I knew to order 1 whole size larger. They fit perfectly! I love the bright pink and rose pattern. I get lots of compliments! They came with rope laces and an extra pair of ribbon laces. The rope laces stay tied a bit better, but I like having that option. Shipping was very fast! 3 or 4 days.

The Gel-Fit Sana 2 runs small! I have two pairs of the original Gel-Fit Sana, in 7.5 and they are great w/ thin socks or no socks. Tried on the Sana 2 in a 7.5 and my big toe was hitting the top barefoot. Returning them for an 8. These shoes are awesome and are beyond comfortable for my narrow-ish feet. I wear them for my daily walks and rotate between a few pairs, so they don't wear out too fast.
