My review centers on Zappos customer service. I mistakenly put the wrong shipping address on my order. The shoes were never delivered, even to the wrong address. According to UPS, they were sent to some unknown address ~1,000 miles away. Regardless, I made the mistake in ordering the shoes. I called up customer service, explained my predicament, and without question the associate, Ashley, offered to send new shoes on an expedited basis to the correct address. No hassle, no fees. It's rare that I have such an outstanding customer service experience. Btw, I've ordered these shoes in the past. They're swell!

An absolutely fantastic shoe! I have read a few other reviews and have no idea why anyone would say the heel is tight... I guess we all have our own issues and what fits one person well may not fit another as well. This shoe fit me perfectly in my normal size. It is "among the most cushioned" heel strike shoe I have ever owned. And the upper materials breath really well and keep my feet from getting too hot down here in hot Florida.

Ankle is outrageously snug. Rest of shoe fits great, but developed a ton of blisters around the ankle when just wearing around the house on carpet for a day to make sure they fit will. Yuk. I'll be returning.

The best pair of runners I've ever owned. I'm a neutral pronator, and Mizunos were recommended to me last year. This is my second pair, and after having gone through various other brands over the years, I doubt I'll ever change again.

The shoe is great in every way. Mainly, Zappos is the greatest to deal with I have ever experienced. Our federal government should be run half as well!

What can I say, Zappos is the best company to do business with! The customer service is what other companies can only wish for. I love the Mizuno Wave Creation!

As another reviewer noted, the heel of this shoe is very narrow/tight. I'm a woman and have a narrow heel, but this was still tight to me. I love the springiness of the heel. The shoe doesn't have sufficient arch support for my purpose. I am not a runner, but I could see how this shoe would be great for running - if you are not bothered by the narrow heel. I typically wear a 10.5 men's size in sneakers and this shoe felt true to size. I'm an underpronator, so my options are limited. If I were in immediate need of new shoes for the gym, I would have kept these. Since I still have a few pairs in my rotation, I'll keep looking. Worth a try as long as you think you might be able to handle the narrow heel.
