These shoes were just ok. My son had begged for high tops, and as such would not complain once he got them. He admitted a few days later that the shoes were uncomfortable, but I assumed it was the breaking in period. After maybe two months, they became very stinky so I do not think that they breathe well since this is not a problem that we have had in other shoes. Less than four months after purchase, they became soaked during an inclement outdoor event and fell apart within two days; the soles literally ripped away in entirety from the shoes on both shoes. My son came home with the shoes completely duct taped back together. Also, it is worth noting that my son owned these shoes during the winter months. Since we live in the north, he was wearing boots during outdoor play for the most part, meaning these shoes were not even used roughly like they might have been chasing frogs or playing sports during the summer months. Price was nice, but we were disappointed.

My son really likes these sneakers. His foot is wide and these fit him just fine. Usually he complains until sneakers stretch out but not with these. Appearance size they are your typical black sneaker no bells or whistles. They are used primarily for everyday school shoes and physical education. Overall all a good sneaker.

My 9yr old son loved these. He loves Nike shoes, but most don't last more than 2 months with the mesh type low top sneakers. We were looking for solid leather and only could find in hitop but he doesn't seem to mind and so far 3 weeks in and they aren't thrashed yet. Wish Nike would make more like this

These are a great basketball shoe. The big kids fit my daughter well who is a women's 7. The company sent me this pair free after the sole on another pair started to rip. Great customer service!!!

Great. Bought them for basketball. I think they run small because my size 5 kid can wear the 6 comfortably without it being too big. The size 5.5 fit like a small 5.

I bought these for my son's basketball season this year and he loves them! They are sturdy and feel good on his feet. He can be picky about style, but I snatched these up before he saw them and he was really impressed with them. As far as Zappos, I wouldn't go anywhere else for shoes. These were ordered on a Wednesday afternoon and arrived the next day before he was home from school. I never worry about sizing because I know that Zappos will help me return them and get the correct size. Zappos is the perfect solution for this busy mom of 4!

My graandsosn is very picky about his sneakers. He loves these. Will absolutely buy again. They are all leather which is also hard to find.

My son wears orthopedic inserts in his shoes, so the arch support doesn't matter all that much as his support comes from the inserts. But he loves the shoes for basketball.
