I purchased this Polo Ralph Lauren Nellie in Big Kids size 4 for my 11-year-old granddaughter. The size 4 is absolutely true to size, This is a very nice shoe.

The best shoes ever!!!

The shoes look fine. It’s too bad Zappos just threw them into a cardboard box, loose with no original packaging.

These seemed to run very big and wide.

Really large for size. At least a full size if not more.

Bought these shoes for my granddaughter and they would be perfect except for the fact that and they tend to rub against the sides of her very bony ankles. However, we have decided to keep the shoes and have her wear thicker stockings as a buffer against the rub.

Shoe in size 4 was too big.

My daughter, who I admit is difficult to fit, said they were too tight in the front and too loose in the back. Go figure.

These shoes are huge and like other reviews suggest, order a full size down. I only ordered a 1/2 size down and am exchanging to a full size down. They also seem to run a touch wide so they may still not fit my daughter's narrow foot. Also, they look really stiff. Even if the fit is finely snug enough to stay on her foot, I'm afraid they'll rub uncomfortably.

This shoe is adorable, However it is a Full Size TOO BIG! I had to exchange it. I hope the smaller size fits......we wanted to wear these for Easter Sunday.... If you buy this shoe for your child make sure you order it a full size SMALLER!

Item is listed as patent leather, but the tag on the shoe says synthetic upper.

Pretty shoes. Tried three different sizes in the hopes that they would work for my daughter. None worked. Even in a full size smaller than she typically wears, these shoes literally fell off her feet. Cut very long and very wide. They are enormous. Not what I would expect at this price point.
