I loved the look of these shoes and feel of these shoes overall. They actually have arch support and seem to be very well made. For me they were too short in an 8.5 and too big overall in a 9.

Too short. I almost always wear a 9.5 shoe. I ordered size 40 in these, supposedly a 9 - 9:5. My toes touch the front edge in an uncomfortable way. Otherwise, the leather is nice -- thick but fairly soft -- the shoe is a bit wider than some mediums and the red is gorgeous -- a soft, slightly pinksh coral red. If they'd fit, I'd love to have that color.

Runs small. And, the Velcro strap is only long enough for the slimmest of feet. Back it goes.

The sizing of Maturalista shoes is maddening. The 38 is just a tad too short and the 39 too long. Too bad because their styling and workmanship are excellent.
