After years of buying cheap winter hats like this from drug stores, I finally spent a little more money to buy this one. (Ok, technically I had Peak Points to spend, but who cares?) The extra money was well spent. I'm really pleased with this hat. The fabric is incredibly soft. The size is perfect both in circumference and depth (and my head is huge). I even like the label instead of the stitched in logo that NF usually uses.

One of the best winter hats I own, so warm and comfortable. Makes me sweat which is a good thing, because who wants to be cold on the slopes

I've spent a bunch of money on stocking caps over the years and for the most part, I've been disappointed. This Doc Worker Beanie, however; is a flippin' winner! It's very cozy, has a great texture and skin feel. Best of all, it's built with the perfect amount of stretch to make it stay in place without squeezing the blood out of your head or pulling out your hair.

Can be worn while doing outdoorsy stuff, or for going out. Very versatile.

Purchased for my college age son and he said it was the best North Face stocking cap that he's ever had. He said it is warm and comfortable and covered his ears.

So I was a little dubious buying this hat as I have a ton of beanies, but a good friend kept talking bout how much she loved hers. I picked one up and fell in love. It is the bet of both worlds in every aspect. Super soft yet complete hearty. Insulated and warm yet breathable. Fitted but comfortable. I don't know if the beanie is perfect or my head is, but this is a match made in heaven. I usually wear it up without the roll, but it's really great in low mode as well.
