These are wonderful, classic cowboy boots in leather and good construction. The price was right and the fit good and comfortable. As soon as I got them, I went to a family wedding and danced!

I NORMALLY WARE A SIZE 7.5 FLAT FACED BOOT BUT BECAUSE OF THE POINT ON COWBOY BOOTS I ORDER A SIZE 8. WHEN I RECEIVED MY BOOTS AND TRIED THEM ON THEY WERE A 1/2" SIZE TO LARGE AND ROOMY. MY ADVISE WOULD BE TO ORDER YOUR CORRECT SIZE WITH THIS STYLE OF BOOT.

Nice looking boots,. Laredo makes boots that have a higher than usual instep - perfect for me. Higher but not that much higher BTW. This is my second pair of Laredo’s I love them both. I have 12 pair of boots, everything from Lucchese to DanPost and these are some of the most comfortable I own.

don't know which was better, the boot or the customer service. been wearing boots for50+ YEARS. i don't ride. i weear them for comfort i have bad knees and looks. THESE ARE AS GOOD AS IT GETS. (WOULD COMPARE THEM TO DAN POST FOR COMFORT, LOOKS, STYLT, ECT.) as to customer service, there is no second place. everyone is tied for last. thanks to the three reps for their help (i'am a poor shopper on line) viva zappo's

These shoes are so cool! These are my first western boots and off course Zappos did not disappoint. Very comfortable and stretched fast to adapt to my feet. High quality leather and stitching. Everybody complements! Make a tuk tuk noise with hard heel on hard surface and I like it! My plantar fasciitis pain is gone with the heel! Recommend wearing it with proper boot shoes. I bought few pairs of wrangler boot shoes from amazon.

I have a 12 4E foot and it id very hard for me to find western boots that fit and feel great. These boots are like wearing slippers. They look fantastic. I bought 3 pairs 2 in black and one pair in brown. I would buy these again and would like to thank the company for making them and Zappos for offering them to the public. The bend points were exactly where they should be to my foot. The leather is fantastic unlike the cheaper made boots I have had in the past. You can really feel the difference. The heel is sharp and runs flat to the ground as you step. The arch is solid. Another interest fact that I just love is there is plenty of instep to easily slip them on and off. I have been wearing boots all my life and these are the best by far. Buy with confidence you will not regret it.

I have very wide feet and it has been decades since I have been able to find a pair of boots wide enough for me. These came in 4E from Zappos only. As soon as they arrived and I tried to put on one of them, I thought for sure they were too small and I would never get them on. Then I remembered that cowboy boots are always hard to get on when they are new and these were on a truck all day in cold weather. So I worked at it and got them on. They warmed up and after wearing them for a while and got really comfortable! The stitching makes them look narrower than they are. They look fantastic! I love them and am so glad I found them!

Shipping was extremely fast. Size was perfect. Boots are well made for the price.

FINALLY. These fit great, however, I had to order men's to fit my wide feet. These look the same as the women's version but are wider.

These boots are gorgeous. Very classy. But the width is off. Stars that it is 4E-EW. There is no way they are that wide. My husband couldn’t even get them on. Very disappointed. Had to retur.

Exceptional style. Eye catching. Heel height is above average.

I have a had time getting the rite fit, its always been that way. I used to have a very narrow foot and as you know you just can't find them at a reasonable cost. I talked to customer service and they told me that dark colors seem to run a bit larger so we shall see. I love zappos and buy all my footwear from you . Thanks for being there.

Purchased for the 4E width. Unable to get my foot into the boot!! True width might be a D!! Returned

BUYER BEWARE - ZAPPOS IS NOW SAYING BOOTS ARE 4E - WHEN IN FACT THEY ARE TRULY AN EATRA WIDE. THE MANUFACTURER CORRECTLY LABLED THEM EW - BUT THEY DONT EVEN MAKE A 4E. ZAPPOS IS BEING VERY!!! DECEPTIVE BY CALLING ANY 4E OR WIDER BOOTS THAT SIZE - THEY ARE NOT AND THE BOX IS CONFIRMS THEY WERE NEVER THAT WIDE TO BEGIN WITH. MAJOR BAIT & SWITCH
