This is a great boot but just be aware of the sizing differences and the fact it is made for snow storms. My 6'1" son with normal width feet said they were too narrow.

I have been wearing the same pair of tall Sorel boots for 31 years and have bought family members the same boots!! Wouldn't wear anything else in the cold and snow in New England.

They are very comfortable to wear and the traction is good. The height of the boot is good to keep your pants dry and you still have movement with these because they don't feel like the boot is all the way to your knee.

Overall they perform well. I bought these so that I won't have to worry about falling on ice or snow this winter. I'm klutzy by nature and my bosses & kids all wear Sorels in the winter. These are only good if you're going to be shoveling snow or walking outside. I wore these while grocery shopping and they were very clunky & cumbersome. They keep my feet super warm, which I love. However, getting my foot into them is like a workout. You have to position your toes and foot in such a way so that it'll glide into the boot. The easiest way I found too put these on was to first put on the inner piece, and THEN put your foot into the boot. I'm a woman with wide feet so I think if you're a male with wide feet, getting these on will prove to be difficult.

These boots are extremely narrow in the instep area. Could barely get one on and didn't try the second. It's a shame because they are nice snow boots. Need to either make that are larger or have wides.

I ordered these for my husband. We love Sorels, but he HATED THESE. HE COULD NOT EVEN GET HIS FOOD IN THEM. WHAT A DISAPPOINTMENT.

I was in need of winter boots to keep up with my 8 year old, on snowshoes, a toboggan or sled.....or just a winter hike. The Blizzard XT's arrived within a few days, and are great. Easier to put on than my previous boots, just a few laces down low, drawstring on the top, works very well. It is March 3rd, and I want another blizzard to get out with them again.

They fit to size and comfortable, but I have slender feet . If you have a wider fit . My suggestions is that you go a half size up. But overall they are very warm , Today in NYC we had a snow storm and they did the job of keeping me dry and warm.
Easy to walk with and very easy to leave up and take off. This is great product and boots .

Warm, sturdy, easy to get on and off! I purchased these for my 75-year-old dad who recently moved to a snowy climate. Sorel + snow blower are a MUST.

I received these boots as a Christmas present from my husband because my old snow boots soles were getting worn, and I was slipping in the snow. They are fabulous! There weren't any practical high snow boots in the women's department so he got me men's. They fit great. They go on easily. They are warm. I don't slip. Snow doesn't get in my boots.

My last Sorel Blizzard boots lasted me over 20 years, so why buy anything else! Great fit and with removable liners. Very tall which works perfect in the western NY winters. My feet never get cold in these great boots!

Really like my boots...this is the third season for them and so far, so good. ONLY complaint is that I have pretty good sized calves and it makes a bit tougher with the on and off of them....but that is NOT the boots fault!! Hahaha

These boots are so warm! My son loves that he can still cinch tie the boots and it keeps the snow out. I wear them myself for dog walks and they are amazing. I wish they had them for women too.

Just a heads up on the sizing. I just got these delivered today and wanted to report about the sizing. I wear a 10 1/2 shoe, slightly narrow foot and I ordered a size 10 Blizzard XT. While the width is slightly tight, I think it will be fine once I wear them for a while. Length wise, there is room between the end of my toes and the end of the boot. Probably about a 1/4". Enough so I don't anticipate any problems. Heading to Fairbanks in two weeks for the thermal test.

I haven't bought a pair of snow boots in a long time. I saw these and thought they would work until I read the reviews posted. I am glad I didn't believe some of the reviews. Some of the complaints are warranted like, too narrow and the liner comes out when you take off the boot. However, these boots are GREAT. They are narrow but I think after they break in they will feel even better and the liner really doesn't come out unless you let it. They are super warm and great for deep snow.

These boots are a must for the severe cold weather but they are small/narrow. I would like more depth across the top of the boot, going a size up helped somewhat but it is still difficult to get your foot into the boot.

I have had these boots for about a month and just got to put them to work. They are warm and stay that way. I found them hard to get on and easy to get off. If you use orthotics they are even harder to put on but I imagine I will develop a process that works well. One really should wear heavy socks. All in all happy with my purchase.

The size of these boots is misleading as they are tight on my feet. I wear a size 10.5 boot, these are size 12. I had purchased a pair of Sorel Blizzards one year past in size 11 and they were a slight bit tight. 12s should've been loose, they are not.

Does the liner come out every time you take these off? I can’t find a way to pull my foot out without pulling the entire liner out too. This would drive me nuts in the long term. Going to send them back. They sure do look like great boots though.
