So far so good. Quality looks good and enough size to Hold many things. This bag is for sure a multipurpose one and worth the prize. This bag is not for bigger laptops like 14" or above if you carry laptops.

This backpack is used for junior high school. My child picked it because of the color and seems to like the backpack. We also picked this backpack for the size and capacity. The only downside is that it still doesn't hold all the school work & supplies that are needed everyday and it makes the backpack very heavy when full, of course I would think this would be the case for any backpack. The design and support of the straps does help with the heaviness.

Great quality, cute, and pretty comfy. I love that I can bring everything I need with me for my differing classes. The only downside is all the two smaller compartments of the main bag (not the itty bitty two straight zippers, but the curved ones) do not unzip as fully as desire. #sweepstakes

My child had her first high sierra bag from Kindergarten through start of 2nd grade. She traveled on buses, and in and out of rain, heat, and snow with her first bag. It never ripped, got destroyed or worn out until the zipper got weak from the extreme use of getting in and out of main compartment. It would un zip from middle out sometimes. Bought her second loop backpack this year of 2nd grade. She loves the new design! Got a matching lunch box that she really enjoys as well! So far no issues with the lunch bag. I have also purchased a loop backpack that i enjoy taking on trips on weekend get aways! Enjoy the new designs as well! Also got a smaller backpack for my Kindergartener this year! Hoping for the same results as the ones before!

I've bought this same backpack about 3 times because, for some reason, after about a year of use the zippers always start to go. I love the capacity of it and how it looks but the weak zippers always become a problem after a year of use (ex. one of the zippers just wont zip anything on the big pocket)

I bought 2 backpacks 2 days ago, one for me and the other one as a gift to my son, I liked the quality even if it's small little bit, but unfortunately my son doesn't like the space color!! He prefers the green one , my question: Can I change the color for one of them please, I would like him to be happy. Should I have to pay for shipping if it's just switching? I would like to know the details please. Thank you.

My 12yo daughter uses it daily M-F as a school backpack. No lockers at her Jr High School so she carries this full pack between classes all day. So far it's comfortable, no complaints with a decent organizer pocket.

I originally bought it for school use, but it is too small for high school use. I saved it for summer trips and camp because it seems good quality and its cute.

We love this backpack. I have one, my daughter and now my son does. The only thing that we do not like is that my backpack, in black, has the phone pocket in the strap and neither my daughters or my sons backpack does. It was a let down. The pocket is so convenient when you're hiking, you can easily grab your phone to take pictures. Other than that it is a strong bag. It is the only backpack that has made it through a year of school without being destroyed.

I bought a backpack years ago and loved. When it was time to get ready for college my mom wanted me to get a new backpack, but I didn't want a new one. So I bought one almost exactly like it. The only differences are the color, the zipper strings are more sturdy than my previous backpack, the spot for the neck is too narrow, causing the backpack to not be as comfortable has the previous one.
