Great design, but thinner than I anticipated.

I bought size M for my 10 years old. I've been looking for a bib snow pants and this is so perfect! Very warm and waterproof. No need to worry my child getting wet at all. The only thing is it would be perfect if it has some pockets. I have one in black for myself too.

I bought these snowpants for next year, they are very light weight but seem to be warm and very good quality.

Purchased size XL for my 5'6" 14 yo. They seem true to size and good quality. I have purchased in the past, and for the price you can't beat it! Great for all around outdoor play in the snow and also skiing.

I am 5'2 and about 130 pounds.I ordered these in an XL and they fit well. I don't think anyone taller would fit these due to the straps going over the shoulder probably wouldn't fit. They are warm and not too bulky.

Bought this for a trip to Colorado for my son. He played in the snow all day and stayed dry.

Runs a little small and doesn't have enough adjustability to accommodate.

My 9-year-old daughter reports that this bib keeps her dry and warm. It's been good on pretty cold days and warmer ones, when the snow was wet. It's only been a week - but so far, so good.

I have been buying Columbia bibs for the kids since they could walk. Love that it keeps their core warm. The "outgrown" feature is great. Wish the suspenders were slightly longer to keep up with the outgrown feature. And the price is great too!

I bought an XS for my 4 year old and it's great! She wears leggings underneath it to stay warm, but this bib does a great job of keeping out the snow and water.

Runs a bit small. My 4 year old is very average size and I ordered the size 4. The straps, already extended as far as they go, we're feeling tight on him. The fit from the chest down is great but I imagine in the next few months I am going to need to add an extender myself to the shoulder straps.

You need to put actual measurements on the sizing chart.

the width of these snow pants seems more slim. We returned the next size up because they were too long but now these are too narrow.

Love columbia but theses bibs run way too small. Bought them for next season. Current size 10/12 these just fit

This is a preliminary review as we have not had a chance to test these pants in the snow. The pants are much thinner than the previous ones we have bought at Columbia and have me concerned for that reason. Hope to be proven wrong. I have noticed the same trend in the winter coats and my kids say they are less warm as well. : (
Otherwise nice design and color.

I cannot actually vouch for the quality of this product, but I wanted to warn you that this product runs short through the crotch. Unfortunately the size chart is based on the inseam length, not the length of the body. My daughter is tall, and though I used her inseam length to determine the size we needed it was way too short. Unbearably uncomfortable even with the shoulder straps adjusted to the longest possible setting.

I purchased these because I was tired of the big box store brand ripping and fraying. So far these have held up. I have washed them twice and stay true to size. they are a little snug in the belly midsection area. My son has shot up and out in size from a 7 to a 10/12 in a matter of 4 months. I like how the length can be expanded.

These snow pants do not seem like they will be warm enough for MN winters. They are very thin. Also, the actual length of the pants are good, however the crotch appears much too high so that even when the shoulder straps are as long as they go, they are still riding up in the crotch. The expandable seams will do no good for us because of this problem.

My son is a size 10- 10/12 so based off of the size chart, I bought him a medium. They JUST fit his torso (length wise) with zero room to grow (straps fully loosened). They also would not even zip! I thought no big deal, wrong sizing. So I exchanged them for the next size up (a large). Height wise, there was plenty of space for him to grow into however, they still would barely zip up. My son had to suck in his belly in order for them to zip (even with the outgrown piece undone). Will be returning and shopping elsewhere. Apparently the makers of these snow bibs think that the only way children grow is in length and every child is skin and bones.

I always buy my 3 kids Columbia snow pants. This year they didn't have my sons size in the adventure ride, so I purchased these. The knees aren't reinforced and the fabric seems so incredibly thin, I'm expecting them to rip on the first day of use... I'll honestly be surprised if they don't. We've purchased cheap no name brand snow pants as back up that were of much higher quality in the past.
I'm rarely disappointed in Columbia products (with the exception of sizing, that can be all over the place) but these really fell short. If I saw them in person there is no way I'd pay what they're asking.
