Big problem with these shoes: They lack traction. They are dangerously slippery. I fell hard on my hip while wearing these shoes. I never fall. I have excellent balance and I am always very careful. The surface I was on was wet, so I blamed that, but when wearing the same shoe in a different color, I nearly slipped and fell again, on a dry floor. I am afraid to wear these shoes again. I bought two pairs and have wasted the money. Why would anyone design a sneaker with poor traction? It is a shame, because as others have noted, they are comfortable and actually wide enough for those that need a roomy toe box. But safety first. Luckily I was not injured in my fall (apart from a sprained finger). If I had shattered my hip replacement it would have been catastrophic.
