The perfect jacket. The size is right on . I love the longer length fits just below your hips. And better yet it has a hood. Have worn several times now and have had many complaints . Would highly recommend.

I originally purchased this jacket in Rich Wine. Upon receiving it, I couldn't help ordering the same jacket in Columbia Navy. I'm considering ordering it in Black and I would definitely purchase it in Dark Ivy if this color was an option. This jacket is cozy, warm, I love the longer length and it looks great on. The zippered pockets are deep and slanted downward enough to keep valuables safe. I like that the cuffs are hemmed vs elastic so they can be easily adjusted as weather dictates. The hood has been a blessing with the fluctuating weather conditions as the seasons change. I purchased a size up to accommodate layering.

This is so comfortable and so warm. I'm thrilled I bought it. I wear it everywhere. The length is perfect and the hood lays nicely when I don't have it up. I'm strongly considering getting a second one.

I really love this sweater. It's a great length, it covers my bottom and keeps me nice and warm. The addition of the hood is fantastic. It's nearly perfect. I just wish that both the hood, and the waist had a drawstring to tighten them up and keep the cold out. The hood really poofs out when I have it all the way zipped up, and I end up folding the fabric over and trying to pin it down with my chin to keep the cold off my ears. A drawstring would really improve the hood a lot.

Ordered this fleece jacket in Rich Wine color and I love it! The cut is very flattering. Nice coverage, the color is beautiful. I love it so much, I ordered another one in blue.

The only potential problem that I can see with this is that it is too warm(it's pretty much the same as the original shorter version, the too warm is my too warm, lol)! I love the length, it's long enough to cover at least some of the shirts that are longer in the back. I love the double zipper so you can zip up from the bottom to it's not too tight when you sit down. I ordered the grey, now am considering the black also. The fit is a good I think, I wear a 18-20 and ordered a 1X and it fits perfectly!

I bought this because my other Columbia jacket doesn't have a hood. I was very disappointed. The jacket was very unflattering and the material was thin and not what I have come to expect from Columbia.

I purchased this item because I was tired of not having a warm jacket for winter. In the past I would just wear sweaters and/or a thin jacket. When it gets to below 40 degrees here in Texas I knew I needed something much warmer this year. So I decided to go with this fleece. To me I feel that the sleeves are a little long but I do like them that way because they come to the middle part of my hand so it keeps me warm there as well. I love the fact that it's so soft/warm and it has a hood on it. My absolute favorite feature is the zipper pockets. I found this to be super helpful. When I need to run out to the store in freezing weather I can put my phone in one pocket and my credit card/driver's license and keys in the other one and zip them both up. The pockets are deep and can hold quite a bit. I'm really happy that I decided to purchase this fleece from Columbia.

I have bought the same style jacket a few years ago and loved it! Over the past months I have lost 45lbs and I was sad to see, that my favorite jacket was way too big, but saw the style was still offered, so I got me the 2X which fits a bit loose, but with a hoodie or thick sweater underneath it'll be just fine. The fleece material is soft and the jacket is long enough to cover my backside and part of my thighs (I'm 5'4"), it holds up good in the laundry and keeps it A-shape. It is not waterproof, but perfect for these Bavarian fall and spring days. Oh, shipping to APO overseas military was fast, 2 weeks and I had my jackets.

This is a very nice long fleece jacket.The length is perfect for taller people.Soft warm fleece with a comfortable hood.Makes a nice light jacket or top layer with light shirt underneath.I bought it a size larger to fit heavier shirts underneath.Purple color is pretty.Nicely made with no zipper issues.Deep pockets.If you are tall you will love the length,as there are not many options for us taller women in a quality fleece.

Of course everyone's computer monitor displays colors differently. I wanted the purple, but it was sold out in my size. So chose the Rich Wine. Was pleasantly surprised when I opened my mail order to discover it is more maroon-ish than red. Love this style, heavy weight hooded fleece that covers my behind! Sleeves are just a bit long, but that's ok. Am looking forward to layering this with my Columbia raincoat as we head into breezy, rainy Seattle fall weather.

I love that this is a longer jacket with a hood! None of my previous Columbia fleece jackets had a hood. This was a great fit for a plus size gal and I still have spare room for thick and long sleeve shirts. Also its warm! Not just a fleece windbreaker.

I purchased this fleece online through the columbia.com site and fell in love as soon as it arrived. It is so soft and fits beautifully. I am very happy and contemplating another color!

I bought this hoodie and is warm and comfy but runs a little big. I got plus size 1x but an xl fit better. I do recomen this hoddie.

One of the best fleece zip up hoodies I have ever owned! Keeps you really warm.

This was everything I wanted from a hoodie...cozy and warm, and long enough to cover my butt. It's been a great layering piece for me under other jackets and as a stand alone by itself on cool days. The hood is great and it zips up to cover my neck and chin and the fleece surprisingly blocks some rain/drizzle.

My Benton Springs II long is perfect for the fall. It fit's true to size and I love the zip pockets. I was thrilled to see that Columbia makes plus size clothing, which I find rare today with a lot of outdoor outfitters. I live in New England and I just purchased this hoodie. Perfect timing as the temperature the last two days was in the 50's. Today is was also breezy and I felt toasty warm with no wind going through. I also purchased a raincoat this week which I haven't worn yet.

I wear a size 18 and the 2X fits well. I liked the coziness of the fleece but didn't care for the way that the zipper is attached to the jacket. It's like the fabric is folded over and the zipper is sewn to that, which makes the front really bulky. I returned it because of that and because I didn't like having an attached hood.

This is my fourth Benton Springs II Long Hoodie. They are the best I have ever found and hope they keep making them. The extra length covers to the top of the thighs for extra warmth. I travel to Canada on a regular basis and they are great to layer on cold days.
