The black isn't very black like you'd expect... more like a dark grey. Other Columbia fleece jackets I've owned for a long time are way blacker, even when several years older.

fits well but not warm at all

Good quality, slightly high on price. The coupon I had certainly helped.

It's a great product, but it runs small.

The first pair of jeans fit good but the length was just a tad too short. 2nd pair was little tight on my thighs.

The quality is good, but I wish the size was a bit smaller, runs a bit large. However my biggest criticism is that I really wish that the Columbia logo was not so large on the front. It almost makes me not want to wear it. If the logo was really small and maybe on the back collar where it wasn't so visible I would be a lot happier. I do not want to pay money and be a walking advertisement for Columbia.

way to small for tall and 3xl

Always looks wrinkled. Good for use around the yard in the Fall. Not sure I would take it to town.

Decent jacket. Fits the size advertised. Decent construction. A little thinner fabric than I wanted. It was hard to tell what weight/conditions each item had/serviced.

I am about 6'6'' and have to buy tall clothes and I though this would be a good fit. Well I get it and turns out its not long at all. It barely came to my waist and was very tight.

Its nice fashionably, but not the warmest jacket I've ever had.

I also had zipper problems with this jacket and returned the first one due to it actually breaking within a week of buying it. Otherwise I love the jacket. It is very comfortable and feels nice.

This is a good zip front fleece jacket, but the Large Tall size is very long, much longer than most other clothing that size from Columbia. I'm 6'3" with 37" sleeve length and this fleece is about right to slightly long in the arms for me and very long in the body. I think it would be best for people over 6'5" or with a really long torso. I do like this fleece, though, and I may buy another one in just plain size Large. Only go with the Tall if you are truly giant!

Item was smaller that expected. I usually wear 6X... This item was snug when I took it out of the package. If I were to wash it, it would never zip again. Usually Casual Male Sizing is accurate (1st complaint ever). Does this come in 7X?

Thought i was ordering a Black Fleece and the color I got was more gray then black. other then that the product is fine

The fleece fabric on the Steens Mtn 2.0 full zip jacket was so thin you could see light through it. I have purchased many nice Columbia items but this one does not deserve the Columbia label. I do not recommend. Also fit was inconsistent since 1xl was much too samll and 2 XL was much too big.

This was a purchase for a 6XL it was plenty wide for the size, but was not even close to being long enough, larger people are often taller too so you would think a 2xl and a 6xl would be a lot different in length.

Not as heavy as the same coat which is older..maybe I need a different coat? But this is just not warm compared to old one

The sweater was not what I expected. It was quite thin and I felt it was inadequate for warmth. By the way, the link to express customer service concerns was broken.

In my latest shipment, I noticed several changes to this product. To wit, the sizing is way off....far too much material in the body of the fleece. (I ordered XLT). Also, the catch that allows one to snug the fleece around the hips no longer holds fast. I have actually noticed this for quite some time so this particular issue is not germane to my latest shipment. Also, where the older fleeces had an embroidered logo, the newer ones have an "iron on" label. I also suspect, but cannot be certain, that the older fleeces were thicker.

The fleece material being advertised in todays market, actually do not give new customers the true characteristics of fleece. The fleece material sold on this item is very thin, pulls and binds to shirt sleeves, hard to pull off. In my unexpert opinion I feel that in all honestly and the seller's transparency should create an aboveboard; unfront and better product description. Thank-you

I own several Columbia fleeces and am generally satisfied. The quality of the zipper on this item was extremely deficient and actually broke on my 5th wear. Since this has not happened on any other Columbia product I've purchased and worn, I just hsve to assume the zipper was defetive.

Ordered a tall, because I have a long torso. It's a bit short and fits like a normal. I'd hate to see how a normal length would fit.

the men's steen mountain full zip fleece jacket ran very small. I hope I can lose enough weight to be able to zip it up. Should have had enough room in a 5x.

I bought one of these jackets about 6 or 7 years ago and another one a few years later and was very happy with their quality. However, the quality of my recent purchase shows signs that production costs have been given a higher priority than quality. This decline in quality will make me consider other manufacturers first.
