This was my first North Face Purchase but not my last. Very pleased with the jacket and the service. I waited til the last minute to order jacket as a Christmas present and North Face got it to me in time as promised. Great jacket, soft, warm, beautiful, and it was the perfect gift. This is an excellent jacket! I love how soft it is and it's nice for those chilly Spring/Fall days or a warmer Winter day. I would totally recommend purchasing this and am thinking of getting another one in a different color. Another great TNF product!!!

I bought this jacket for my daughter who does not like big heavy coats. And I must say she loves it. It is not big and bulky, and it keeps her warm. Great jacket for someone that wants to stay warm without all of bulk.

Bought one for my daughter in law. SO saw it and said it was great and she should get for her daughter. I bought two for her daughters and one for her and her sister. I have heard about them about daily since Christmas. Comments are; Beautiful, unbelievably warm and comfortable. They have raved over them so much I now consider myself an expert on selecting women's clothes:-) (Not) I hit a home run with Osita Jacket and Oso Hoodie which is same but with a hood.
