Overall loved the look of these for our little one, but they were too difficult to get them on her feet. The opening to get feet into the boots is limited which is tough with little ones (16 months). Felt like good quality and good color options but too hard to get her feet in.

I was so excited about these, I bought them for my toddler, they were great quality and seemed to be waterproof but we could NOT get them on his feet. We bought a size too large, thinking he'll grow into them, but the way the ankle area is constructed it was too hard to get his foot into them. After 2 minutes of jamming his feet into them he was almost in tears and we decided to give up and return them. Bummer, they looked too good!

I have a 17month old with size 5/6 feet. he's in between sizes right now. I thought the size 6 would be perfect fit but was disappointed when trying to but his feet into the boot it wouldn't fit. I actually tried taking out the insert inside and then put his feet in but no success. Length was good, it was tight around his heel/ankle. I recommend getting a bigger size, so it's easier to put on and off.

The Guidelines for review are that users are not to review customer service issues and it specifies to reach out to customer service. As of the last 2 days, I have waited a grand total of 2 hours on the phone. Their customer service widget simply states that customer service reps are busy and to call the customer service phone number. For 2 days, I have been over number 300 in a queue waiting to speak to a human. Step up your game Columbia. You have a paying customer that simply wants to exchange for a larger size without waiting for hours on end to speak to a person who can help.

Do not buy! Could not get my kids foot in. Super stiff. Plus a protruding piece of plastic in the front by the ankle in both boots. The insert is extremely difficult to put back in. I can't believe this is a Columbia product.

These boots look great and are probably very useful once they're on, but they are extremely difficult to get on. We tried two different times to get them on our 18-month-old's foot, and after 20 minutes each try, we gave up. Like other reviewers, we could not get his foot all the way in. We tried taking the liner out, putting his foot in the liner and then putting them on that way. No dice. Unfortunately, we already took the tags off so I don't think we can return them. Lesson learned on the tags because these are completely useless to us and were not cheap.

I could not get this on my child's foot. They seem like good quality, but it was so tight I couldn't get them even close to on.

It was way too small and tight for my baby even though I ordered 1.5 size bigger than his size. The padding inside the boots are very thick, I couldn't fit them in at all past his toes.. The sole is also very narrow compared to other shoes.

Colors Sea Ice and Pink Orchid are popular colors in your (girl) children's line -- plan on making boots to match? We have been loyal customers since my daughter was born, but as a mom who values having her kid match, not having boots to match the above colors is keeping me from placing my yearly winter order. (We did purple last year.) C'mon Columbia! You still have time to add to the boot colors. To add to direct review of boots: In the past, I have ordered a size up and used a shoe horn to get my kid's foot in, and they fit perfectly. Labeled as waterproof, and truly were. My daughter's feet stayed warm and dry throughout the season.

Purchased this boots for my one year old daughter. Quality seemed great however, the sizing not so much! I ordered A size bigger than what she's wearing and there was absolutely no way in getting them on her feet. I tried, my husband and no matter how we weren't able to get them on her. Was disappointed because they seemed perfect for our ski trip!

The boot looks nice but is not functional at all. I could not get my kids foot in it. Tried pulling out the inner sole and couldn't even get his foot in that. To narrow by the ankle. Very bad design.

I read the reviews before ordering and was careful when selecting a size. My 6-year-old has tons of room left in his size 12.5 sneakers, so I thought 13 would be OK. However, the liner bottoms were narrower than his feet and he couldn't put them on without getting pinched pretty badly. And he doesn't even wear wide shoes! It's a shame because we're having really cold snowy weather but have to send the boots back.

I got these for a Christmas gift for my toddler. The sole is bigger than my toddler's shoe size, but I can not get his foot down the neck of the boot and actually get it on him. He does not have wide feet or anything crazy - just a normal kid foot! I've tried with and without sock, with baby powder, I've tried squishing and flexing it as much as I can but there is ZERO give to get his little foot in there!! If you are going to make them in smaller sizes, you have to design them to get wide enough to put the little foot in there!! I can't even exchange them to get a pair that works because they were a gift from a random place. Super disappointed Columbia.

These boots aren't wide enough at all.I couldn't get my daughter's foot all the way in the boot. The length is the right size it's just the width that's horrible.

I wanted them for my little girl for a ski trip. They were too tight. She wears size 7-8 and I got these in 8. Couldn't even put her little foot in. Had to send them back. With a little kid is hard because they still need help when it comes to boots. I would have definitely used them in a different size.
