Great for traveling. This is actually a warm jacket suitable for Nebraska winters.

I just bought this jacket again, as I outgrew the previous one that I had in another color. It's amazing how warm these jackets are and yet how light they are.

One of the best jackets hands down! The material is super soft and nice. It's not too thin and is very helpful in cold and windy weather!

Good for petite frames. Keeps you warm in 30-40 degree weather without being bulky. Love the red plaid pattern. Another winner from The North Face. High quality high design. Looks good with the giant oversized fur hood but also great without it.

Love it! Super warm and I love the way it fits.

I use this jacket daily, whether it is a short walk to the parked car or a stroll through the city for a few hours. It is warm, wind-proof but not stifling. I usually wear a long sleeved shirt, thin scrub shirt, and fleece under it and the jacket can still zip up (although it's a tad bit tight). I've gotten several compliments on the fit and color. I love that the fur part of the hood can be taken off. I don't have to wear a scarf under this which is nice. I do have to say that the length was longer than pictured. I'm 5'3" so the jacket goes past my hips (which I actually like).

I love the length of this coat - it's long enough to wear with leggings but short enough to walk and sit comfortably.

Great fit and was perfect for Skiing! You can wear it on a cold winter day or sledding in the snow and you would be warm and dry! Thank you North Face for my new favorite coat!

Very cute jacket. Get lots of compliments when I wear it. Slim fit, so size up if you want it to have more room.

I love this jacket!!! It's very warm and comfortable. I also like that you can take the fur on and off. It has different compartments were you can put your phone and keys! Plus is that red is my favorite color.

I wear this coat to work at a plant. I take it off in the car because it doesn't give me arm room to miniver. I love the style and furry hood. I recommend to anyone

Warm, comfortable. Hood heavy however and zipper is hard to line up since you can also unzip from bottom up...still love coat however.

I got the red plaid and love the color. It's very warm - I wore it in 7 degree weather and it kept me totally warm. The only thing I don't like is the SLEEVES ARE SNUG - probably because of the down and I have normal sized arms and was wearing NF fleece so nothing real thick. So if you have bigger arms - size up because of the down in the sleeves.
