I absolutely love this jacket! It fits very nicely, and it is extremely comfortable and warm. I bought this right before a trip to Iceland, and I couldn't be happier with both the quality of the jacket and the customer service I received throughout this transaction. I had originally purchased this jacket (online) in a size that was too large, so I had to reorder the right size. Each time I called customer service to ask a question on the process, they were extremely helpful and kind! I will definitely purchase from The North Face again!

Fur trim on the parka hood has a stiff in it that allows one to shape the hood. If you have ever had a floppy, unruly hood, this parka hood does not disappoint. There is a double break zip, which is a must have for winter coats this length. Plenty of warm, and a nice inside pocket for cards and phones

This is my second Arctic Parka. I bought the first one in 2010 when I moved to Canada, and used every single day all winter long. It is still top shape. It is warm and conformable. My first parka was size S. Since then had kids and fits a little bit tighter as I gained some weight. So I wanted to get another one a bigger size. When I saw the pine needle color I fell in love. It is a very pretty color. I'm really happy with my purchase.

The parka is very comfortable to wear. The inner lining is soft, and the overall fit is snug yet roomy enough for some layering if needed. I appreciate the adjustable waist, which allows for a more customized fit. It feels sturdy and well-made, and I expect it to last for many winters. The zippers, buttons, and stitching all appear to be high quality. There are plenty of pockets for storage, which is practical for everyday use. There is also an inner pocket that is perfect for storing a phone, wallet, or keys.

Very excited for this coat next winter. As a faculty member at a school, I'm outside for upwards of an hour every work day (happily not inside), but sometimes it's not the nicest weather and staying warm and dry will be easy in this superlightweight, but warm coat!

this is a very protective jacket against extreme winters of Chicago, my daughter is already using this, and I bought another one for my wife, much satisfied with the quality of product.

The parka is gorgeous and functional! I'm petite size so the parka goes past my knees. But the double zippers make it easy to walk. Bought it a bit after the winter season but excited to use it this coming winter.
