I love how warm this down parka is. I am short there for it feels a little longer on me. I have a hard time trying to zip up the small zipper, grasping in my hand to pulling up the jacket. But the comfort the warmth and the hood are all great quality and fit. The coat comes a little past my knees.

Couldn't wait until it came. However, I was disappointed in the fit in the hip area. Had to send it back for larger size. Otherwise, the cost is good quality for the price.

I liked the coat and the color was beautiful but with the sweater it felt too snug.

I LOVE the look, I love the warmth, I love the fit BUT this jacket is a lint and hair magnet. I don't even have dogs but if I walk passed one I now have hair. I hoping scotch guard will help!!

Bought this for my 19 year old daughter. She really likes it and I feel better knowing she will be warm this winter!

I had to get a jacket for our Chicago winters and this for sure is it! Very warm. Very comfortable. Overall design is pretty great. I gave it 4 stars because the sleeves are a little short (I'm 5'-11") but that obviously might not apply a woman of the average height. I also wish they had their vent zippers under the armpits. The jacket gets very warm - it would be nice to get a little circulation but maybe that defeats the purpose of a down jacket? I also wish they had more pockets. There's only a few little ones. Aside from the nit-picky things, this is a great down jacket at a great, affordable price! They last forever and even if parts fail on the jacket, The North Face has amazing customer service to fix them. Hence why it took me 11 years to replace my other winter North Face jacket. :)

Ultimately I love the coat. It's a little puffy and I love how deep the a ide pockets are. I wish there was more pockets!

North face parkas never fail to keep me warm ! This coat is very warm and pretty. I took off a star because I've had parkas in the past from north face with way more pockets lol need the pockets! This one has two standard on the sides and just one inside on chest.

It is a nice warm jacket. Little heavy if you are a small person. This is my third jacket from North Face and I have noticed that the jackets come a little smaller in the chest area. I bought XS

There is so much that I love about this coat! From the warmth of the heavy outer material, to the cuffs inside the sleeves. It's a great length and having the front zipper covered is also a plus! I just wish that it had the inner neck collar of the New Dealio Down Parka. The neck of the Women's Artic Parka is a bit rough on my skin when zipped all the way up and doesn't feel as warm as the rest of the coat. Otherwise, it's an amazing coat!

I really love this. I took the fir off the hood because it would get in my face but it's very warm. Only complaint is that if you have broad shoulders it will be a bit tight when you bring your arms together.

This is not my favorite North Face jacket but it serves its purpose. Pros: Keeps you warm, love the hood Cons: Do not like the velcro (my hair gets stuck on it), only 2 pockets

PNW weather 20-40 degrees. 4 stars for the warmth it gives me, very confident about it plus it really keeps me dry. the velcro makes it very uncomfy especially with the facemask on. the fit is off.. im 5'00" 110lbs usually wear XS but this i had to buy S, it's tight on the hips and wide on shoulders

definitely a nice, high-quality coat. I'm usually a small in coats and I found the shape of this one to be too tight on my hips. I wish it had zips or a back vent or something to open it up a little more. For reference, I'm 35, 5'5", 135#, usually a size 4-6 in pants. If you're a little curvier then maybe not the right cut for you. I think a medium would've been too big everywhere else. I tried to try on in store (NYC) but they didn't have any in a medium. wound up with a different, older NF style from amz

Super warm, but a little tight in the shoulders, especially with layers under.

I and 5'3", 135 lbs and have a pear shaped figure. I ordered a Medium and although the top fit beautifully, with even enough room in the arms for a sweater underneath, the hip area was just too snug. I'm returning and ordering a Large but I'm worried the top of the jacket will be too big. This coat is great for a person that's not so "hippy"!

My wife has another older coat like this and loved it. It was getting a little worn as she wears it way too much. Bought her this one and her only complaint is that it's a little stiff. Maybe with some more use it will break in like the old one.

The quality and the length of this down jacket are exactly what I need! I would recommend it if you are looking for a warm water proof down jacket for the winter.

I received this as a gift and The coat is very warm and fits very nice! However the blackberry wine color is A bit of a brighter more vibrant color then I imagined- I wish I got it in minimal gray

Like the coat, got the gardenia colour, which is nice. Seems warm and quite well fitting. I ordered medium which is a bit loose but was worried small would be too small. Usually wear a size 8-10

Warm but not flattering

Loved the look of this jacket but, I ordered a Medium and based on the size chart a small would have been tight in the chest but, the medium had a very large hood and long sleeves. I had to return and will look for another jacket. Sad!!
