I just love it

This jacket is the warmest coat I've ever owned! Although I had to go up a size because the sleeve length was too short I appreciate the extra space so I can wear layers. Unfortunately, it is still a little big but I compromised since I wanted a jacket that would fit no matter what I wear. I usually keep it unzipped.

This parka looked exactly as pictured. The insulation is incredible and it's super light weight. I love the detachable hood as well. Great product overall!

This is the warmest coat I've ever owned! Living in Michigan, the winter months can be brutal but this coat keeps you so warm. I get compliments on the heather green constantly, and the fur trim hood is good quality. Definitely a worth while purchase.

Received this parka as an early Valentine's gift. I absolutely love it! Living in Winnipeg, a coat that keeps you warm is absolutely necessary. It has done a fantastic job keeping me warm. It really keeps your body heat in and the cold and wind out. It is the perfect length, it goes about mid thigh for me. Only suggestion I have is if you do have a bit of a bigger chest and are ordering, I would probably size up one size. Other than that, I have zero complaints. Would definitely recommend!

It took me a long time to find a heavy, durable and warm winter jacket that can keep up with my needs. I live in Minnesota, it's cold...it's windy and I tend to spend a lot of time outdoors, this coat is just want I hoped for. Although the arm length for ME, personally, is a little too short but that is really a non issue. For the most part it is waterproof too, as I laid on my back to fix the snowplow on my pickup, I did not feel damp after. Not to mention it's cute and easy to clean (I have boys...those things don't usually happen for me) This jacket is tough and worth it. I am 5'4 and a size 16, I bought an XXL.

I absolutely love this jacket! When i seen it i was hoping it would fit i tried on the XL and it fit wonderfully with room to wear a sweater or layers if i needed. I liked it because it goes in at the waist a little showing a figure and not just straight down. Love how deep the pockets are and they zip up and i love that the hood dont go down over your eyes. When you look at this jacket you dont think that it is down but when you put it on its so soft it feels like you are wrapped up in a duvet. I have been looking for a jacket like this for a very long time and so glad that i have found this one.

I bought this on a winter vacation in Vail. I bought it because it looks perfect with my black Joan of Arctic Sorel boots. I didn't ski in it; it is pretty long so I don't think it would work well for that. I did wear it to play in the snow and to go snow tubing in though. It was so perfect for both of those things, I stayed warm and dry the entire time! I think the price is pretty on point for the product. Very happy with my purchase!

Graphite Grey Heather color looks as light as the Medium Grey. I wanted a dark grey.

Ordered the parka, recieved in two days. Needed a smaller size, so returned it. Customer support was super helpful and return was simple. Got smaller size parka quickly and return was also credited quickly. Zappos's is a great business.

I purchased this at the end of last year specifically for a trip to Chicago. Living in Florida, I don't need coats and think 30 degrees is freezing. I didn't have to worry about being cold at all in this. It kept me nice and warm while walking outside. There may have been ice on the ground but my body didn't feel it. I didn't have to layer underneath either. I definitely recommend this to everyone.

The Women's Arctic Down Parka was the answer I needed for cold walks on open ground when going to work at the airport. I actually look forward to testing the coat in colder conditions. I don't have to cringe when I walk outside in single digit temps.

Never wanted to pay this price for a jacket but I really needed one as I've out grown all my others. Was not disappointed what so ever. Everything about this jacket is great. Length is midthigh for me (5'3) so it can be worn with any type of outfit. So extremely warm! This product was well worth every penny!

This is an absolutely beautiful jacket. I have it in Rosin Green Heather - the color is amazing. I've received many compliments on it. I love the length - it keeps your butt and thighs nice and warm. With it being a down-filled jacket, you may expect it to be bulky or constricting, but it really isn't. I've used it while hiking and the only thing negative I can say is that it is almost too warm! So, if you're doing physical activity in it, and it isn't super frigid out, you'll likely sweat a bit. But that's much better than freezing, of course! Also, I've used it while bird watching and photographing, and there have been no issues with carrying my camera and binocular bags over top, or with constantly moving my arms up and down to use those pieces of equipment. I highly recommend this jacket!

The primary reason for the coat was to stay warm as I welcome students each morning at bus duty! I have found the coat to be warm and stylish -- I am wearing it for far more than bus duty. I have received countless compliments from parents and my staff.

I had ordered an XL at first for extra room by t was way too bigZ the large is perfect with a little room for layers underneath. I love the color and the shape and it is so warm!

This is the coat I bought in 2014 fall for the winter in Iowa. This coat will literally save your life. I lived in Des Moines/Urbandale and the winds blow and the temps are - 40! It is no joke and you better have a warm coat or else. I am a Cali girl on top of that and I have ZERO cold weather acclimation. This coat is THE coat! I layered a bit with an undershirt and long sleeved shirt. That was it and I was WARM outside in that crazy cold weather! I could also wear it above zero too :D LOL! Fit true to size. I was a large but bought an extra large in case I wore a heavy sweater with it. SADLY I flew into San Francisco Airport with my beloved coat that was almost new at the time considering this coat will last a lifetime - and went into a few shops and the long delayed lay over there. Along the way I realized I didn't have my beloved coat with me :'( I retraced my steps and my coat WAS GONE! Someone stole my coat and I never saw my beloved coat again. Of course I have purchased NorthFace since. I don't trust anything else. But who ever stole my beloved coat made the score of a lifetime. Luckily I was moving back to California. It would have been sad if I still lived in Iowa and needed this coat!!! I LOVE Northface and trust no one else. The cost is inexpensive considering the superior quality of their products. I am sold for life. I bought their very best snow boots too, when I lived in Iowa. I still have them, no one got a chance to steal those :D < 3 LOVE YOU NORTHFACE!

I love this coat!! Worth every penny! Not too bulky and so incredibly cozy! I love that the sleeves have the extra sleeve on the interior to prevent airflow up your arms. Its a thick coat but still helps to flatter the female figure! I love this coat and know it will last me years!

Warm, comfortable and waterproof. Never before having all three qualities in one coat. I love it.
