I live in Northern Michigan, so when shopping for a winter coat I was looking for something that was warm, waterproof, and windproof without being too bulky or unstylish. I came across this coat and thought I'd give it a go. I absolutely love it! It doesn't make me look like a marshmallow and it keeps me warm and dry.

My daughter has the same coat I fell in love with hers so I bought one for myself!

I got this for my mom as an early Christmas present and she absolutely LOVED it! It's so warm and comfy! She wants this coat in other colors as well!!

I live in Alaska and needed to upgrade my old NorthFace. I decided to splurge and get this jacket! It's the best decision i've made for jackets! It keeps me warm in the negative temperatures even without an added sweater underneath. I love the length, larger pockets and overall style! It keeps me warm and toasty.

I got this jacket and couldn't wait to wear it. I wear it to and from work and when I go out. It's a great jacket, keeping me warm even in the lowest temperatures.

After trying on this jacket in the store and reading through extensive reviews, i bought this with REI so that I can easily return it if there is a problem with the zipper. So far i absolutely love this jacket! 130 lbs, 5'7" slim athletic body type. Bought Small in heather grey. i can't believe how warm I feel in this coat in zero degree weather and wind in Chicago. This coat together with double layered darn tough socks has made cycling for 30min at a time toasty!! The wind proof layer does wonders to protect from the elements. Love the tailored fit and longer length, but short enough that I can "tuck" the tail end under my bike seat. Love love love. Can't wait to test it's waterproof abilities.

I got this coat for a trip where I would be outdoors a lot. I am one who does not like to be cold, and all my puffy coats today have been more cute than warm. I splurged and went for the North Face due to the quality I experience with their other products. I was not disappointed. I used their fit calculator and it worked perfectly for me, no returns on the size. This is the warmest coat I ever owned and I never want to take it off. I got the black and I love the fit and the fur trip which adds a cute look to a large winter coat. I love that it has a lifetime guarantee, it makes the purchase easy to move forward with.

Heads up: this jacket is very warm. It might be cold outside but this coat will have you toasty on the inside. It's also very comfortable to wear and not too heavy at all. I love the extended sleeves. This particular coat is flattering to a women's hourglass and doesn't look too utilitarian and still fashionable (even with the bulk of a winter coat). So happy to have this jacket in Chicago's Winter Tundra!

I went to one of my nephew's football games on a Friday night and realized my winter jacket that I thought would keep me warm did not keep me warm at all. I told my husband I froze to death at the game and his response was "that's a fashion jacket." He said you need a real winter coat. I was like okay maybe he is right. After doing much research online and reading several reviews, the price seemed right on this coat so I ordered it. I wore it to a couple more Friday night football games when the weather was like 20 degrees and this coat kept me so warm. Plus it looks super cute and not so frumpy with the cinched waistline!

I was worried this jacket was going to be too heavy and too restricting but it actually isn't too bad. I was able to pack in my small carry on bag and fit multiple other items. It's actually super light. The only time it was restricting was in the car. I haven't been able to wear it too much because it stays at my boyfriend's place in Wisconsin because I live in Mississippi. It's perfect for Wisconsin. It is also super slimming and looks awesome on!

This is by far the best coat i have ever purchased. I recommend Northface to anyone who needs winter apparel. I had to exchange for a bigger size and the company was nothing but helpful and even overnighted my coat. I would go to them for any type of winter needs. I use a wheelchair and this coat fits all of my adaptive needs. The arms are roomy in the shoulders so i have more room to propel and most important i stay warm and dry for chicago winters.

This arctic Parka is amazingly warm! I got this for my college campus in Boston and have not regretted it one bit. Keeps me warm on all my walks to calsss in the frigid temperatures. Would highly recommend to people.

I love this coat, comfy, cute, and stylish

This was a gift for my mom. She said she immediately felt how warm it is when first trying it on. We ordered the sized recommended on the website after answering the questions and it fit the way she wanted it to. She's looking forward to stay very warm this winter and on.

I like that I can wear it on the fields and to work.
