I love it! It's perfect for NYC grinds

I purchased this coat when I found out I was relocating To Michigan for work. It has exceeded my expectations. It has been a rough winter so far but I have been able to keep warm due to having this coat! I also love the lining in the pockets!

This coat is everything it purports to be! I've been outside in below zero weather and have felt warm. The wind does not penetrate either. I read many comments complaining about the double zipper; however, I've no issues at all. It's quite easy to use. I highly recommend this coat.

I have not tested this for a long period of time outside but it seems super warm and the length is great. Inner cuffs keep out wind. I wish there was a waist cinch of some kind. Sizing seems about right. The fit finder recommended I get a size small even though I am a solid XS in tops and jackets of other brands. Fit is good in shoulders but I wish it were a little slimmer through bust, waist, hips on me (5'4", 112, fairly small boned and narrow hips). I'm almost considering trying an XS but not sure if I will get the shoulder movement I want. The look of the coat is great and materials seem quality.

I'm 5'11 and always have problems finding jackets with sleeves that are long enough. This coat is perfect because it has a lining in the sleeves that goes past my wrists. I usually wear a medium to large coat and purchased a large. It feels great. Without many layers underneath it's very roomy. When I have layers on it's a bit tight in the shoulders but nothing that's unexpected. The length comes halfway to knee. I live in upstate New York and this coat keeps me very warm. I really wanted the gray but it was sold out and ended up with the navy which I do like. My only con would be that the hood is pretty small and fits just over my head. If I'm wearing a hat I can't pull the hood over comfortably. Overall I would recommend this coat and would purchase again.

It was a nice, warm coat. I'm just not a fan of winter coats in general because I always feel huge in them...But this is a good coat.

I love how this coat keeps me so warm from the super frigid winter temperatures. It is a perfect fit, only the collar is a bit tight when zipped all the way up over my lower face to black from cold wind. Overall, I love the way this coat looks and wears. It serves its purpose well.

I bought this for my daughter who had a down winter coat of another brand. I wasn't keeping her warm in late December. She attends college in western Michigan. It is very cold and gets into the 0 or below temps on a regular basis. I checked on her several time to see if the coat worked well. She said it keeps her extremely warm and she gets cold easily. I personally thought the hood could be a bit more robust and one more interior pocket added for odds and ends.

Love this coat. Purchased for New York City winter and I am happy with my purchase. The size is true to fit and the blue color is very pretty.

I love this coat!!!! I hate cold weather and with the recent bomb cyclone the temps have dropped so low that I was ready to hibernate and not go anywhere. However, I now have no issue being out in the cold and stay super warm! I even wore it out while walking my dog in 18 degree weather with just a tank top on underneath and felt so comfortable. In addition to it keeping me toasty, it is also very stylish and I get compliments all the time! I want one in every color!!!

We are having a very arctic cold winter! I bought this parka hoping it would keep me warm! It did not disappoint! I will donate my other coats and keep this for years!

I'm glad I purchased this coat for myself, the price I paid for this is worth it because of how warm and comfortable it is. Perfect for cold weather!

This coat has a feminine touch, great navy blue color, so far love it

Best jacket ever! Perfect snug fit. Extremely warm. Nicely tailored with no stitching or thread hanging issue. On a scale of 1-10 it is an 11. Its not too puffy. I wouldn't change a thing. Well done once again North Face!

Use it regularly on my day to day activities and really love this color

I got this coat at the end of last year, and since returning to Michigan at the beginning of January, I've worn it every day. So warm, perfect fit (love the length), love the shape and color (eggplant purple). Kind of feels like I'm wrapped in a comfy thick blanket when I go outside :) Price was a bit steep but for me this coat is so so worth it.

This jacket is incredibly warm!! It's been -12 here and I felt nothing (aside from my legs under the coat between my boots). I love that it covers my face and has a huge hood. I feel like I'm wearing a warm hug and I don't regret my purchase at all! The tapered waist line is a bit more flattering, and I love that as well. I also have a difficult time with long coats as I have a larger bottom than the rest of me, and this fits well and doesn't ride up.

Perfect for the cold NYC winter!

I needed a new coat for the winter in NYC and this does the job. It hits just above my knees (I'm 5'2) and keeps me warm. I had a previous Northface coat that was heavier and therefore felt more warm. However, it did keep me warm despite being lightweight. I got it in grey and its a pretty color. I wish the hood was bigger though.

It's really fit and warm. After I purchased one for myself, I also got one for my father. I will definitely recommend this jacket to my friends and relatives.

This coat is warm. The length is good and will work well when I am sitting in stadium seats. I will recommend this coat to friends who are looking for a warm lightweight coat for old wether. I wore it everyday for a week when temperatures were in single digits and was never cold!

Love this jacket. I got it just in time for the 1.5 foot snow storm here in boston and 40mph winds. This jacket kept me warm. The hood also stayed on the entire time, even after walking through the wind tunnel between the tall buildings. Best clothing purchase I've ever made.
