It is very good for winter day ! the style Is So Perfect too!

I love this jacket. Besides it being very warm and true to fit, it is stylish. I have gotten many compliments and it's the perfect length!

It is lightweight and warm, performing well in cold weather.

I wish it was a little longer, but I'm a very tall girl so most things are short on me

I loved how warm and cozy this jacket kept me, especially due to its length (I'm 5'4"). I was on the market for a formal coat but opted to buy this because formal coats are not often warm. I fell in love with this coat because it was long with a feminine silhouette, which is hard to find in functional winter coats. Since it was both stylish and warm, I chose to purchase this over a traditional formal coat. My legs stay warm while I'm wearing this coat which is a huge plus in frigid Minnesota winters! It is filled with the lowest level (density?) of down, but for the most part I don't find it a problem. The hood is deep enough for my head and it is detachable. This coat has three pockets, the two hand pockets and there is a small personal pocket inside the coat along side the front vertical stitching near the zippers. I am normally a size S/M but tend to find that North Face products run small for me and I go up to a size L. I have a NF ski jacket in M (hard to layer without it being tight)) that fits true to size but this parka I needed to get in a size L to fit comfortably or to be able to layer (perhaps due to my larger bust size).

I live in Boston & this jacket is perfect for my commute during the harsh Boston winters. I do think they need to do a better job with the zippers though. However, all in all - its a great jacket.

I bought this coat specifically for my trip to Iceland. The weather changes by the minute...wind, blizzard, sleet, rain to sun. It kept me warm and dry...I can't give enough praise and I'm completely satisfied. It's not cheap but totally worth the price!

Perfect for walking to work in Minnesota winters; this is my go-to coat November through March. I usually wear this from 30F down to -20F with wind chill. Above 30F this can be a bit excessive if you are actively walking. The fit is roomy enough for 2 or 3 layers underneath if you want them. But if you don't, it's plenty warm enough on its own, which is perfect because I don't want to wear proper winter base layers all day in my heated office or drag multiple jackets to work. This coat is really good at shielding wind, and the faux fur lined hood is nice and warm. It zips up high enough to tuck your chin if you want. The coat goes almost down to my knees, but the zipper stops a bit higher. There is one snap at the bottom to keep you warm all the way to the knees; I usually only button it in the wind because it does restrict movement slightly. I like that this coat keeps me warm without being too bulky, and it comes in at the waist giving a nice silhouette.

I have been wanting a high quality winter jacket that was both warm and stylish and this is the one! The fit is perfect, it's shockingly the perfect length (I'm 5'1"), and I have only had it for about a week and I have already received so many compliments.

I bought this as my first winter jacket and am so impressed by how warm it keeps me. I went outside in 5 degree (F) weather and was cozy even when I just had a tank top underneath. Great fit. Comfortable. Flexible. A little bulky, but not bad compared to others in the same class of warmth and waterproofness. Would buy this jacket again in a heartbeat.

live in Rochester and it's winter time. This parka is really warm and it keeps rain and snow away from you...... really love it and plan to buy one for my mom as a gift.

I wore this Jacket in Zero degree Celsius with windy and snowy conditions. I have to say that I felt so warm and well equipped...did not feel cold at all. It was amazing!! Left in Ireland for my daughter to use through the cold Ireland winters!! And it is stylish too..would buy this again:))

Recently moved from Austin TX to Philly, so not use to snow and cold. This coat was great investment. I work outside and this keeps me warm. I actually started to overheat. I recommend this coat.

I've never owned a good quality coat that really did the job of keeping me warm in the winter. Every other coat felt like the wind and cold were going straight through it. The first time I put this coat on I was astonished by how warm and impenetrable it felt. In addition to being ridiculously warm, I find that the coat fits perfectly (thanks to the online size guide), and that it's incredibly stylish and practical. I truly love it.

I just moved to Wisconsin (in January) and knew I'd need a warmer jacket since I planned to walk or bus to work. I've only had this a few weeks, but so far so good. This jacket is comfortable, keeps me very warm, and breaks the wind. It is heavy so it would be hard to pack in a suitcase but it is working for what I bought it for. It falls just above my knees and I'm 5'3. There are 2 zippers so you can zip the jacket and then unzip it a bit from the bottom to allow for longer strides when walking. I also like the look of this jacket. It's cinched a bit in the waist but isn't restrictive and it's down but doesn't have a puffy look like many down jackets because of the wind/waterproof shell.

The jacket keeps me very warm and I don't even notice I have it on because of it's light weight. On top of doing its job to keep me warm, it's stylish at the same time because of the slim fit. I absolutely love this jacket.

Bought this parka for a trip to Iceland. It was perfect for the cold days especially with strong winds and rain. The hood covers your head, ears, and face. The cuffs hold snug on wrists to prevent wind moving up sleeves as well as holds sleeves in place without restriction. It's cozy, versatile, and stylish.
