I wore this coat during the recent cold days in Chicago. This coat is very warm and comfortable.

Love it! This coat is beautiful yet practical. The fur is soft, length is great. I had purchased the Medium and then returned for the Large because my shoulders are a bit broad and it was hard to stretch my arms out. Especially with heavier sweaters in the winter, it made sense to me to size up.

I love the length of the coat and how practical yet beautiful it is. The white is more of a winter white/cream, the fur hood is very soft, and it's a great quality coat!

So cozy and warm esp with windy conditions

My husband bought me this jacket as an early Christmas present and I am very impressed. It is so beautiful on. The material is very nice, it's a thick jacket but you can still wear layers underneath and be comfortable. The fur on the hood looks so cute! My husband got me the black jacket with the gray fur. Definitely a jacket that will last me many, many winters.

I am really happy with my purchase. I wanted a longer, warm coat that blocks the wind and this has done the job perfectly so far. Yesterday morning windchills were in the teens Fahrenheit, but I was still warm and comfortable walking city blocks into work and later walking my dog. I also really like the double zipper. It gives you the freedom to drive or sit normally but still keep your legs covered.

Love this jacket! Super warm. It does run big, I would say I am usually a medium in jackets which is what I initially ordered. It was way too big, so I returned for a small and it fits perfectly with enough room for a sweatshirt underneath. For reference, I am 5'9 140 lbs.

I wear it to work had a little shoveling to do in 15 degrees below zero wind chill the other night, didn't feel the wind at all with the hood up. Best jacket I have owned.

I'm 5'3" and ordered the petite. It goes to a little above my knee. I wanted a warm coat that would also keep me dry. I've tested it and this jacket is great.

I love walking my dog for hours and want to be warm, comfortable but I do care about how I look. I refuse to wear fur and searched several good brands and this ticked all the boxes. Excellent buy!

I order this coat online and got it fairly quickly. I'm our chases a small and had to exchange for an Xanax at a North Face Retailer. I had no problem getting the size I needed. The coat wasn't on the floor but they had one in the backend of their store that fit me. Can't complain. It's a cute, functional, and warm coat!

The weather just got windy17 degree wind chilland I was toasty! The parka helps shield my face. Worth every penny. It will last a long timemy previous North Face coat did!

I wanted a jacket that was on the "warmest" scale and was excited to see that this one was available in green! The jacket runs longer which helps with keeping the cold out. Keeps me super warm even when outdoors for a long period of time during Michigan winter!

Was looking at thuis jacket last year and finally splurged. Love the color, pockets are at perfect hand placement, velcro option in the front is nice for taking the dog out or going to get the mail. Hood fits me great which is sometimes an issue. I am 5'4" 115lb and an xs can fit a sweatshirt underneath

I love this parka! It's the perfect length, and it is so warm. It fits as expected, with room for layers underneath. I ordered the "minimal grey" color, and it is definitely more purple than grey, but the color is still very pretty.

I bought this jacket for someone. She loved it. She says it is very warm. A perfect fit. I would definitely buy it again.

One lesson learned is not to place an order on a Sunday as there's no way to speak to anyone if there is a problem. I called first thing Monday morning as there was no indication the coat shipped to change the order and could not do it. Then it was silent with no notifications for a while. The tracking for delivery showed the coat literally was in and out of my state before it came back into the state for delivery. Overall the customer service could have been better, the delivery experience seemed to be a mess.

I'm always cold when weather is cold outisde,after using this jaket ,I'm always warm,love it .
