Sooooo warm! I typically wear this jacket in below 0C super windy conditions and it has never failed me. Not even a shiver. I usually don't even zip up the jacket and it's still plenty to keep me warm. Also very breathable - I don't feel myself sweating at all when I do physical activity in it much unlike in my previous parka.

I've been living in Chicago and anyone who lives in Chicago knows how freezing it can get. I've never found a perfect coat for the weather until now. This parka is perfect and totally worth it. It's a little oversized, but it's what I was looking for.

This coat is so warm and comfortable! The length is perfect, the hood is large, and you can zip it up all the way to your chin for maximum warmth. I live in Chicago and our winters can be brutal but i'm ready for it. I've received alot of compliments on it as well.

Lovely coat

I love this coat. I bought this coat to help me get through the negative-degree temperatures we get in Minnesota, and it 100% passes the test. I love the length (I'm 5'7 and the Large hits about an inch above my knee). I got a Large because I wanted to fit my fluffy sweatshirts underneath it and they fit perfectly without being too tight! The sleeves are the perfect length and I love the inside cuff as well. The inside pocket is just big enough to fit all the essentials for me, and the hand pockets are also a good size too. The shape of the coat isn't too baggy either, and the cinch in the back of the outside of the coat is great, although I also wish there was an option to cinch the waist from the inside of the coat as well. I also wish there were buttons instead of the Velcro the Velcro is just loud and I prefer buttons in general. The only other minor con I have is the material is a bit stiffer than a puffer coat or parka would be, but I don't mind as much because it's insanely warm and blocks the wind and snow so well. I went for a walk with my dog for 45 mins in single-degree temps and was toasty warm the entire time! I highly recommend this coat, and the new taupe color is gorgeous.

Bought this jacket for my Daughter. And she absolutely loves it. Keeps her covered all over. And she loves the hoodie with the purple fur.

I love this jacket, it's very warm and comfortable. My only issue with it is that it's very staticky so it catches a lot of cat / dog hair.

We've already had single digit temps and a foot of snow and I'm so glad I have this coat. It's kept me toasty and dry. I was in between a Medium and a Large but chose the medium. I'm 5'8" and usually a Large in jackets and tops. I have pretty broad shoulders with muscular arms but a slim waist. However, I felt like I was swimming in the Large. The waist, sleeves and hem were about 2" too long and it was just too big, even with a sweater underneath. The Medium fits perfectly- the waist, sleeves and hem all hit in the right spots and I can still fit a sweater underneath and have room to move my arms comfortably. The dark purple is a beautiful color. This isn't a fashion statement but it's the cutest, warmest parka I've found. The cinching at the back waist helps to not look like a shapeless blob but at the end of the day, MN winters are brutal and I prioritize warmth.

This coat is so warm and cozy. I have a few nice north face coats but this is my go to. It is very warm, cozy and I love the color! The fur around the hood is so soft, it just feels like it's opulent. But so utilitarian all at the same time. The dual zipper is also a great feature. It is my favorite.

If I were even to imagine the perfect parka, this would eclipse it. It's a stunning print for starters. Cozy? Amazing with just a cashmere sweater under. It said waterproof, and when I ran it under the faucet - it passed. Fully wind proof too - and breathable. Zippers are impermeable with tabs of grosgrain for easy pulling. Inside goggle pocket and a slick pocket with a removable and washable cloth to clean them on the sleeve. Inside pocket with room for $, sunscreen and more. Hood is built to accommodate and secure your helmet. But what totally dazzled me is it's female/flattering design and print. I walked past it in their Park City store, with a jacket for my daughter in mind, but I fell hard for this. I want, need, and will beg North Face for this in a full grown raincoat. All recycled materials, doesn't wrinkle when squished in a suitcase, and I am in love.

Amazing coat! Fits great

I bought this parka for the colder months in Idaho. I like the length, just above my knees. I'm 5'2' 106#. The size small fits perfectly for my size but if I gained 5-8# it might be a little snug. It is warm, wind, and water proof. The fur on the hood is removable. The fabric "wrinkles" very slightly. I have pets so it does attract some fur but is easily removed. Like that the pockets have zippers and hold my gloves and cell phone easily. The hood stays in place with a cord that can be tightened. Front zipper works smoothly. It's slightly bulky but not overly so. It's meant to keep me warm. I love my lighter weight down coats but staying dry is a problem when it snows. This coat solves that problem.

Bought this coat for my oldest daughter and she loves this coat. She says the coat keeps her warm she doesn't even put a sweater underneath it, her long sleeve shirt is enough.

Warm and great color jacket. Love the faux fur hood detail. Light weight and not bulky like most down jackets.

North Face parkas have always been my go-to down parkas for the cold Boston winters. This one is a great length and overs my thighs. It's super warm and flattering!! The jacket has velcro as opposed to buttons which actually makes it better because I'm always too lazy to button anyway.

Love it! This coat is beautiful yet practical. The fur is soft, length is great. I had purchased the Medium and then returned for the Large because my shoulders are a bit broad and it was hard to stretch my arms out. Especially with heavier sweaters in the winter, it made sense to me to size up.

I love the length of the coat and how practical yet beautiful it is. The white is more of a winter white/cream, the fur hood is very soft, and it's a great quality coat!

So cozy and warm esp with windy conditions

My husband bought me this jacket as an early Christmas present and I am very impressed. It is so beautiful on. The material is very nice, it's a thick jacket but you can still wear layers underneath and be comfortable. The fur on the hood looks so cute! My husband got me the black jacket with the gray fur. Definitely a jacket that will last me many, many winters.

I am really happy with my purchase. I wanted a longer, warm coat that blocks the wind and this has done the job perfectly so far. Yesterday morning windchills were in the teens Fahrenheit, but I was still warm and comfortable walking city blocks into work and later walking my dog. I also really like the double zipper. It gives you the freedom to drive or sit normally but still keep your legs covered.

Love this jacket! Super warm. It does run big, I would say I am usually a medium in jackets which is what I initially ordered. It was way too big, so I returned for a small and it fits perfectly with enough room for a sweatshirt underneath. For reference, I am 5'9 140 lbs.
