Typically wear a size small (in northface) and needed to get a size bigger as the small was snug and fit more as a suit jacket rather than a coat. Zipper is smooth. Very warm.

I enjoy my coat, and although yes, it does fit, it feels too small and my movement is often restricted. I have this coat from a different year, and it does not fit the same. I know from test to year the style and design changes slightly and it is clear that is what happened between last years style and this years. I continue to wear my coat, as like I said, it does fit and I do enjoy it. I will likely buy another one.

This is great jackets, light weight yet warm and stylish. I would buy again if this product worn out night time.

Love the coat itself..ordered a Large and it was too small so ordered an XL and that was too big..overall I love Northface and will just exchange this coat for another!

I live in south dakota so when I go out and about I don't like wearing a big chunky coat everywhere. This one is warm enough for me if I'm in and out of some place. I have the black heather and spice coral. Black heather fit a bit tighter, which I was disappointed at first but now love the way it shows my figure and the spiced coral fit a tad bigger, which I'm still okay with as I prefer my clothes looser. The only big disappointment was when I receI've done the spiced coral, it was more towards a peachy color rather than a bright red coral color.

I like the quality and material of this jacket. The one thing I don't like is the overal length of the jacket and sleeve length. Jacket goes about halfway down to my butt, because of that I had to buy a medium which is overall too big. When I zipped the small it was too tight around my rear, because it is overall too long, same for the sleeves which go past my fingertips.

I absolutely adore this jacket....it's comfortable, leighweight and super easy to wear with almost anything! I have received many compliments since buying it!! The color is amazing as well, I got the spiced coral.

I usually wear it for work- it's great for withstanding cold weather! Very wind-proof and looks very chic! I bought a second one to wear on my days off!

The sizing on this jacket is larger than the exact same jacket I bought 3 years ago.

This jacket is super cute and had a great cut! The sleeves were a bit snug for me, because I wanted to put a jacket underneith as well. I would definitely order again if they had my size!

I like this jacket a lot. It does exactly what I bought it for - wind protection. It is not so light the wind still blows right through the fabric, and it is not heavy or cumbersome. I have worn it many times since purchased and am very glad that I have it to wear. The only thing I don't like about the jacket is the sleeves are much too long and the inner cuff does not have elastic to help the sleeves stay up.

I really really wanted to love this jacket. For reference I am 5'4" and weigh 130 (hourglass) and I got the M. It still fits fine, but it bulges a lot in the zipper when I sit or bend. If the draw strings at the bottom were not there to tighten, I would have been dissatisfied. A S would have been better but the M will do. I got this in the white and It got dirty after one wear on a casual hike): I adore it but it's not practical for hiking/camping unless you get a different color/don't mind it getting dirty. Pretty pricy too /: but it is warm!!

Very nice jacket overall; the camo print is really pretty, and the interior lining soft. I'm a bit petite at 5'3" #110; so the sleeves are a little long and shoulders a bit looser than I would like....I bought the Small. I will wear & appreciate it just the same.

casual wear, look good with jeans! arms are too long, but overall a good fit. had to purchase one size up, fits snug to body.

Really like the jacket; lightweight but warm. The blue color is a little more purple than what I expected.

This coat looks nice, however i don't feel it has the same fit and is not the same material as my Apex North Face jacket that i bought about 10 years ago. This is my third Apex jacket and each on is different in fit and material? This last one seems to be the least weather resistent (in the cold). Having said that, i do get many compliments on the coat, as it is stylish! I would not recommend it for someone buying it for purposes of hiking or any lengthy outdoor activity.

I loved this jacket. I was disappointed that the Northface Logo was in Pink lettering. It appeared to be white in the advertisement.

I bought this same coat eight years ago and it's been great. I have hiked in it, skied in it, and done daily life in it. I just bought a replacement coat and am dismayed to say it's too big. The sleeves are too big and the shoulders were too bulky. I realize the coat isn't meant to be perfectly fitted, but the sleeves and shoulders looked ridiculously big. It's a great coat, very durable, if it fits you it's a keeper.

This jacket is warm comfortable and perfect for any occasion. The zipper is a little tough but may just be because it's so new! I would absolutely buy this again! Great purchase and great deal

The only reason I didn't give it a five star is that the collar (lapel area) will not lie down. Really like the jacket though. Wore it in single digit temps and stayed fairly warm considering it is a lightweight jacket. I do not like a heavy, bulky coat when running errends or shopping so this is perfect. The collar really bugs me though when I don't have it zipped all the way up. It rubs my face and will not stay down.

this jacket is perfect with regard to cut, fabric, fit, style. However, as with the last jacket I purchased, another Apex Bionic, there are issues with the collar puckering where it meets the zipper, there is too much fabric on the collar and when you zip up the jacket all the way up, the excess fabric hanging over the zipper catches and honestly sometimes you have a very difficult time getting it to unzip. Other than this it is a terrific jacket. Love the color.

I sent it back due to the fit

One of nice thing about it is that all pockets have zippers to keep snow out and to keep your belongings in.

Perfect jacket for "cold" days in South Texas.
