This is a very light weight but warm jacket. I am super pleased with my purchase. It's true to size and super comfortable.

Bought this last year and get a compliment almost everytime I wear it. Everyone loves it, warm too.

My first North Face jacket purchase and I am so happy!!! I read all the reviews before I purchased. I am so cold natured so I was a little hesitant it would not be a warm enough for me, it's perfect. I received it just in time for this unseasonably cold weather we are having and I have been wearing every day and its not only warm its beautiful. I receive compliments every time I wear it . I am 5'5 , 120 lb the size medium is perfect.

I love the black and gold! The gold adds a unique style element that can be worn for various occasions. It's very lightweight, so I wouldn't wear it in very cold weather without layers. It serves its purpose as a lightweight layer of warmth.

I got a L, because I knew it would be fitted, and it fits perfectly. Doesn't make me look boxy. I love how lightweight but warm it is, so it's not bulky at all! Best coat purchase I've made!

I was skeptical that something so thin could be so warm, but I wore it to my son's Soccer tournament that was three days long. It was 32 degrees during the day and 28 at night. All I wore was this jacket and a long sleeve T-shirt. I was warmer than most of the other mom's there that were wearing heavier more bulky coats. I love this jacket!!!

I absolutely love this jacket! I bought it in three colors. The black flowered one is beautiful! In fact one of my friends went right out the same day to purchase the coat after trying mine on at work. It's light, comfortable and can work for all weather conditons. I'm from Arkansas and recently moved to Colorado and have never needed a very warm jacket. I bought this one because I've only heard good things about it and so far I am very pleased. It is super lightweight for those, like me, who don't like bulky jackets. I am a size 8/10 and about 5'9 so I went ahead and bought the XL just so I would have plenty of room for big sweaters and layering. It cuts the wind and can be worn by itself for short times outside but for really cold days I like to wear a fleece jacket under it.

I love my North Face Jacket. I got it for my birthday from my boyfriend. I love the color and it keeps me just the right temp. I am so happy with it, I wear it everyday day. I have told all my friends and they are ordering their own.

The jacket was great. A bit larger than expected. The color was darker grey than in the picture. Great lightweight jacket.

I bought this jacket in the mint blue and it's a beautiful color. Everyone loves it and they are not afraid to tell me! I ordered the jacket online after checking the sizing chart on the website. The size is spot on and fits perfectly. The sleeves are long enough and cover my wrists. The jacket is very light weight and at first I didn't think it would be very warm - it weighs about as much as a windbreaker. Now that the weather here in Wisconsin has gotten colder, the jacket has proven itself to be warmer than I ever thought it could be. It hasn't gotten below zero here yet but I think that wearing a sweater underneath the jacket will keep me plenty warm.

As soon as I ordered the jacket, the temperature touched -2C. But the jacket was quite warm and cozy in addition to being light-weight. The jacket provides combination of being warm and not being too heavy at the same time

My husband and I both have the Thermoball jackets, they are nice looking jackets, they are a nice lightweight jacket for late fall and early spring. With an additional layer it will keep us warm throughout the winter also. Our main interest for these jackets were for bicycle touring as space in panniers is limited, these pack down and take up very little space, but essential for when the weather is unpredictable! Love these coats!

The coat is so light you can hold it with your pinky yet so warm very satisfied with it and all of north face coats I have purchased.

I purchased the black jacket with the floral lining. It's feminine and an overall great jacket. It's really thin, but it does provide a lot of warmth without the bulk, even when wet. The size is pretty true to fit, in the past I had to order a size up because the sleeves weren't long enough but with this jacket I ordered my true size and the sleeve length is perfect.

THIS JACKET HAS COMPLETED MY LONG SEARCH FOR WARMTH, COMFORT, STYLE, AND ABILITY TO FOLD UP INTO ITSELF FOR TRAVELING. I SAW A FRIEND WEARING ONE AND WENT HOME AND RESEARCHED AND EVEN THOUGH I USUALLY WOULD NOT SPEND OVER $50 FOR A JACKET, I TOOK A CHANCE THAT THIS WOULD BE MY ANSWER AND SOLUTION. I HAVE NOW PURCHASED ONE FOR MY DAUGHTER AND HUSBAND AND THEY LOVE THEIRS. INSTEAD OF A DOZEN JACKETS HANGING AROUND ON HOOKS, WE NOW HAVE ONLY THREE!!

I bought the Thermoball jacket for my hiking/mountaineering in Ecuador, where I live. I just took it to summit Cotopaxi (5,897 meters) and it was the perfect outer layer for the first part of the climb, and great insulation under my shell for the descent. I absolutely recommend this jacket, and it is true that it stays warm while wet - plus it dries out extremely quickly when you wash it. Awesome product.

The fit and quality of this jacket are great, as expected! But the best part is the stylish fit and color. The silver gray is sophisticated, but the style is still casual. The jacket is so lightweight that you wouldn't think it would keep you cozy, but it certainly does! I'm looking forward to staying warm on errands in and out of the car, without the bulk of a heavy jacket.
