I love love love this jacket!! I bought it for my trip to Iceland in two weeks but recently tried it out in Northern California camping along the redwoods! It's so warm but also light! It's perfect! My boyfriend wants one too now!! I would totally recommend this to anyone!! Buy this!!!!

Everyday wear fall, winter and spring. Have another won and loved it so happy to find the xxl. We are not all small women. Wish there would be more styles of TNF that was in xxl sizes! Please would be appreciated!

Great fit. I ordered the XXL and found it too big. The XL was just right (I'm 5'3 160lbs). The fabric is so comfortable and soft. I love the fit, comfy but has a great shape

Bought this jacket for the upcoming Alaska trip, so I can't wait to test it out there especially when we head into the arctic circle.

This is a perfect coat for the cool California weather if fall and even into winter temps!

In the description it says it folds into the pocket. I can't figure that out and there are no instructions even on line. Other than that I love the jacket. It will be perfect for travel.

My mom bought this for me for our vacation in New Zealand and thereafter for College in Nashville. I love everything about it. The fit and style and design (live the hood) are perfect. She is going to buy my sister one now because it is so versatile, comfy and easy to pack.

I've had this jacket for more than a year and it has been nicknamed my "Faithful Pink Puffy". There is almost no photo of me without it on. I was originally looking for a warm but yet light and compact jacket to taking with me rock climbing. The only problem I kept running into was range of motion. I tried on every jacket I could find- Patagonia Nano Puff, REI Revelcloud, Mammut- Columbia- Arc'teryx- Black Diamond equivalents and they all had the same problem... When I reached my hands over my head they all started to bind on me at the armpits restricting my movement. A serious problem for rock climbing. The North Face Thermoball is the only jacket that I can freely swing my arms in and reach up as high as I want without feeling restricted. This jacket is with me everywhere I go- hiking, backpacking, 14ers, grocery shopping, rock climbing, snowboarding, etc. It's great for all situations and does a great job of keeping the chill off, blocking the wind and even some light rain. And the hood fits over my climbing helmet as well. You know you've found an awesome piece of gear when you can't imagine being without it and buy a new one without even looking at other, newer options. I just bought another one because this one is staring to wear and I wanted to make sure I had a spare one once I retire this one. The day North Face stops making this jacket will be a VERY sad day for me. I love this jacket so much that after I take it to Everest Base Camp with me in October I'm going to retire it and turn it into a pillow... Then pull out the new one for another few years of adventure!

Love the jacket, the color is perfect and you almost forget you have it on because it is so light weight. It is toasted warm and keeps the wind out. A perfect jacket in my opinion.

I am size XXL and this jacket fits very well. I am happy with it.
