I use this as my "go to" jacket. Perfect to wear over a heavy sweatshirt or sweater.

Got in quail grey which is a pinkish grey. I am very happy with this unique color. Not too shiny. So cute! Makes me look thin and not like a walking marshmellow like many of the 'puffy" coats. Very lightweight and easy to move around in. Large was perfect fit for my liking at 5'7"/145. I like jackets roomy and not snug. Sleeves were long which is perfect for my longish arms. A keeper. Zappos free shipping return policy is so awesome, I ordered two different coats and intended to send one back, but liked them both so much I ended up keeping both.

I loveeeeeeeeeee my jacket. I got a small I'm 5"2 and it fits perfectly.. definitely worth the price.

I needed a jacket for the winter that didn't feel bulky yet kept me warm when the snow falls. Loved it so much I bought one for my daughter too.

Love this jacket! Love the High Rise Grey color, goes with everything. Super comfortable and light weight, but very warm. Too hot to wear when shopping in a store, but perfect for my early morning walks with temps in the 30's. I'm 5'9 160 and usually wear a size 12. Purchased the large and can fit a light weight fleece under. Will order in more colors.

Winter season

I love this jacket! I bought one last year without a hood so I decided to get this one and I made the right decision. I get compliments for this jacket all the time and the technology truly works! I originally got a XS but exchanged it for a small, even though the fit finder told me to get a small, but all of my other North Face products are a XS. I would recommend using the Fit Finder and following the suggestions.

I used this as my casual jacket. I love how this jacket makes me warm yet very stylish and doesn't make me bulky. This is my second thermoball jacket I got two and I must say I really love this product! I'm very satisfied and happy with the quality and product. TNF never fails my expectation! I would buy another one again. I would recommend it to my friends and family.

Great lightweight jacket that I had to purchase with the hood. The person I was getting it for stays outside a lot and doesn't usually wear a hat. The coat is warm with a couple layers underneath and it's warm for fall without layers. Very stylish and portable. I think this jacket will last a long time.

This jacket is warm, incredibly comfortable, and i can't wait to try skiing in it! I ordered a size bigger than my usual size so i can fit some thicker layers under it and it has just the right amount of excess room.

Daughter mostly using it for an everyday winter coat, fits well in school locker because it's packable. Just what she was looking for, warm but not bulky. The hood is a plus because many packable down coats don't have a hood.

Love this jacket! Fits perfectly, sleeves are just the right length. Lightweight, nice color. Perfect for spring or fall weather, wouldn't be warm enough for winter.

Love this little jacket! It's a nice Loden/army green color, and the little neon citron colored zipper and hot pink logo, give it a little pizzaz. Super comfy. Long sleeves, with a well working zipper. Cant say enough good things about this airy, snuggly jacket or liner.

Warm and lightweight. The pockets are big enough for a phone. A really great jacket.

LOVE THIS JACKET!!! For reference, I typically wear a medium in tops and jackets, I have fairly broad shoulders, and my bust is 36DD. I haven't had a chance to wear this in very cold temps yet; lowest has been in the 30s. It's amazing to me that even in those temps this super light & thin jacket could be so warm! Keeps out wind (so far) and layers very well, both under and over other items. I packed this in a carry-on bag recently, and it took up practically zero space. I originally purchased both a small and a medium because of other reviews; I kept the medium, as it was roomy enough to wear a fleece jacket underneath. Even so, the fit is close and flattering. BUY THIS IMMEDIATELY!!!

The color is just beautiful! It is so unique, I have not seen a north face jacket in this color before. So the outside is a rose gold shade with maroon on the inside. I have already received many compliments on it and have only worn it twice! The only would be that the rose gold fabric is too light, you could actually see the thermoballs through it in bright lights. Other then that I just love it!

I use this jacket as a everyday winter coat. Its a very warm coat. Also, its very stylish and cute. This coat has nothing wrong with it .
