I´m 5´9 150lbs with small shoulders. The North Face website reccomended a small or medium. I ordered the medium because this is my normal size and I´d rather have too big of a winter jacket than too small. The medium was way too big for me. I called for an exchange and within 24 hours I had a small. It fits perfectly. Customer service was excellent with the exchange. The jacket itself looks and feels great. Probably should go with smaller size if you have hard time choosing between two sizes. I still have room for winter layering.

5'7, 160 athletic build. I like a slimmer fit so ordered a small, perfect size. Coat is stylish and really warm. 19 degrees here in the NE this week, i dont even need to zip the coat. Really great value here.

Warm, Fit, Style, Price is amazing!!!

Great warmth and true to size. A little bulky but worth the warmth factor. buying one for my son who lives in Upstate NY where a jacket like this is a must.

Great Parka. Well made and very good quality. The jacket does run bigger in size. I am 6ft 4 and over 300lbs and i usually wear 3xl. But the 2XL fit was great.

I bought this for my son who is at school in the mid west. He finds this coat to be extremely comfortable and warm. When deciding on a size we initially went with a medium (after looking at the size chart), thinking he could use a sweater underneath. This coat seems to run slightly larger than other north face jackets and we had to size down. If you are torn between 2 sizes and either seems like it would fit, you should probably go down in size.

The best jacket I have ever bought. Pricey, but understandably so. This is your extreme elements solution.

Bought this for my hubby. He said it feels so good to be not cold anymore. He loves the parka. I think it is very functional and good looking. I would definitely recommend it.

I bought this parka for my son to wear at college. It seems very well made. The built in balaclava is a nice touch; great way to keep your ears warm when you don't remember to take a hat or scarf. I would say that it runs a bit large.

I purchased this jacket as a gift for my husband in X-Lg, as he is 6' tall and about 205 lbs. "It is super warm and very comfortable, as well as durable," according to my husband. This is excellent and very warm! I walked into the store asking for at the warmest jacket that they had for Ohio winters walking across campus. The sales associate who was very knowledgeable walked us right to this one. It is so warm, you can literally wear a t-shirt under this and walk to class in the winter and still be toasty warm. It is so great not to need layers and layers of clothing to stay warm or not have the added bulk of those layers. The feature that sold us was the attached pull down face/neck mask which is easily accessible to pull down or take off. I love all the pockets.

My husband loves the jacket! Medium fit well, he's 178lb, 5'11"....the only thing I would improve in this jacket is making the area of the neck loser it fits very snug there...customer service is awesome! Free one day ship is Great!!
