These are some truly comfortable shoes right from the get go with no need for break in, as it should be. I just wish Nurse Mates had more styles. And lose the heart insignia, needs a more edgy insignia.

Truly comfortable shoes. Can stand or walk for extended period with no foot, ankle or knee pain. Big toe box so toes are not crowded.

I normally where a size 9 but I went up 1/2 size which it wasn't too big, but they were a little to narrow in the toe area for me so I'm returning them. I also order the Nurse Mates Velocity as well and I think I like them a little better but they run a little to narrow for my feet as well so I had to send them back for a wide and they fit great. 4 stars because of the width.

I work up on my feet for 10 hrs shifts. I decided to take a chance on these shoes and glad I did. These are much cuter in person and extremely comfortable from the first time I put them on. I ordered a second pair in a different color.

I was skeptical about how these would look; maybe because of the name? Very forward styling with excellent comfort. These are a great find and I will shop this brand again!

Very comfortable. Soft leather. Well made. Looks great. I have been wearing Nurse Mates for 20+years and have never been disappointed. I normally wear the Dove style but liked the look of the London so tried it. No break in time. LOVE IT. Runs short but I read about that and ordered 1/2 size bigger and it was perfect. I am in patient care and on my feet all day.

I bought these for my daughter, who has a part-time job as a cashier at a grocery store. She stands up to eight hours in a shift, and her feet don't hurt in these shoes. She says they are comfortable with a lot of support. They do look a little odd, with a shape kind of like Crocs, but she loves them for work shoes.

This shoe is small---short for size and narrow in general, especially the heel (I tried my regular size and compared it to many Nurse Mate styles in search of the most comfortable for me. Because I really like this shoe I will try it in 1/2 size larger... Removable inserts allow you to exchange your own.

Gee Cindy C, I have had nothing but great customer service. I even returned shoes over 200 days old with no problem whatsoever. I returned one style 4 times after 3 I decided my feet weren't meant for that shoe. Maybe the fact that I actually talk to someone instead of online. It's actually much faster and no confusion! These run small. I wear an 8 medium and 39 euro.

These were slightly short. Returning for the next larger size.

My review is more in regards to customer service. I ordered these for a new serving job. They arrived quickly, I pulled one out and tried it on, very comfortable. A couple days of days later I tried them both on with my uniform and one was really tight. Took them off and realized they were two different shoes. One was tan on the inside and one was black even! I used the online tool to chat with customer service and explained that I needed them ASAP as my new job started in two days. They said there was nothing they could do. No apology, no surprise that I received two different shoes, nothing. The shoes went back, I will not use Zappos again, free shipping or not, that is terrible customer service. The fault was theirs and they could not have cared less, but they did make sure to tell me stop in and see their warehouse next time I am in Vegas. Seriously?

I wanted to like theses shoes but they fit very small and there is no ventilation my feet normal don’t sweat but in theses they did. Retuned..

This shoe runs really small. I had read the other reviews and took this in to account when I ordered and still had to return them. The toe of the shoe comes down and pushes on the toes.

I wanted to love these. They are light and seem well made. They seem like they should be comfortable. But they felt too snug and I was not wowed by their appearance when compared to other comfort shoes. Returned.

I bought these shoes to wear for clinical for the next year, unfortunately I am returning them. The heel and ankle of the shoe fit fine, but the toe area is extremely wide. When trying them on with socks the front of my feet were sliding all around. I am going to go with a pair of tennis shoes instead.

too tight, rubber sole too hard. shoes hurt my feet.

The style is very attractive and the shoe is easy to get on. But it has two fatal flaws. 1) The arch buckles when you are standing in them. 2) The sole has the same design as the Nurse Mates Dove which I had years ago. The sole is such that when you are walking in them, it catches on the floor and throws you forward nearly making you fall. I wore them once the other day and nearly fell walking a patient. The design of the sole is dangerous not just for me (the nurse) but my patients. I can't risk danger to them because of a fatal design that I thought would have been corrected years ago. I need two pairs of shoes too (8 and 9) because of two different sized feet. Waste of money for shoes that can never be worn again if I don't want to get myself or someone else hurt.
