Adorable shoe and comfy...love it! Was just too small. I need a larger size and it's out.

Best shoes ever. Have back, foot and knee problems and these are so comfortable! Getting rid of most all my shoes and just going to buy these! Machine washable too!

I have 36 in all my Bernie Mev’s, but these felt half size larger. They were still very comfortable. Just need a smaller size

Loved the shoes but they were smaller than my other Bernie Mev's. Had to return:-(

I am returning the first pair for a one size larger, the toes were a little snug. No arch support so will have to place an insole. The weave for the upper foot is very comfortable. Will see how the next size up feels.

Well, this was a first. I returned the first pair, my true size of 36, and got the 37. The right shoe fit perfectly, the left shoe felt a size larger, but when I looked the 37 was stamped on the shoe. I wish the Bernie Mev company would read the reviews and fix their sizing.

I ordered both the Charm and the Rigged Charm and liked the Charm better because it had a broader sole, more like an athletic shoe. The Rigged Charm was sleeker but not quite as comfortable.

I found these to be very comfortable, supportive, and cushioning. But over time (after lots of wear because I loved them so much) the footbed did deteriorate and got a bit lumpy. Another drawback is that the fabric material doesn't breathe well or at all, and these make my feet sweat (and mine don't do that in any other shoe). I never received any compliments in them which doesn't matter to me other than it makes me think that others didn't find them cute. But me and my plantar fasciitis feet loved wearing them. I wore them alot over 2 summers and would give them a 5 if they were more breathable.

I usually wear a size 7 shoe or a 7-1/2 if the heel is narrow. I ordered this shoe in a 38 which would have been a 7-1/2. I found it to be too small. I exchanged it for a 39 which is supposed to be an 8-1/2. I was worried that it would be way too big as I would never wear an 8 or 8-1/2 in other brands. The 39 worked and is comfortable, but I do wish it fit a little bit loser. I agree with other reviewers that their sizing needs to be changed. It seems their shoes now run really small. I have a pair of Bernie Men "Comfi" which I purchased last summer. They are a size 37 and fit perfectly. When i put them up to my new size 39 shoes, they appear to be the same length.

Love this shoe but ran short for me. Ordering a 41 instead of 40. Nice soft cushiony and very cute. Hope fits

This is my second pair of Bernie Mev shoes. I have another pair of Charm shoes that I pretty worn out by now. Though they do not have arch supports, the foam inserts conformed to my feet well. I was literally able to run in these shoes. I just got my new pair and it seems that the sole of the shoe is quite different from the photo Zappos shows for Charm shoes. the photo matches my old pair which makes me wonder if Bernie Mev changed the design and Zappos hasn't updated the photo or I got the wrong pair. I'm mixed about these. they are bit more stylish ;the bottom of the shoe is much more narrow - about an inch towards the center of the sole and a couple of inches near the heel. the heel is also slightly higher. they look more like the sole of a pair of Dansko shoes I own. The sole is unlike my other pair which has more of an athletic shoe type of sole. (I definitely wouldn't run in these.) If this is the new design of the Charm shoes, I will likely still keep them because they are comfortable and stylish, but I'm saddened because I love the sole on my other worn out Charm shoes.

Love the look of this shoe and how extremely lightweight it is. But it's a bit tight and runs short. I wear a 40 in other EU-sized shoes, but this one is too short.

These are very cute shoes. They tend to run small as others have said. I liked them but will have to return them because I think the straps are too constricting for me in the summer heat. Sadly, they just do not work for me. I was so hopeful!

I wanted to love these shoes -- they are adorable and look super comfy. However, I have plantar fasciitis, and these didn't provide enough cushion. I tried them for a couple of days to make sure, but my heel pain was aggravated. My feet also got very hot wearing these. So, definitely cute if you don't need anything special for foot issues!

I HAVE HAD THESE SHOES BEFORE, AND KNOW THEY DO NOT RUN TRUE TO SIZE. THESE WERE TOO SMALL EVEN THO I ORDERED THE 41. I WILL RETURN MAYBE TRY DIFFERENT STYLE

This is definitely an indoor shoe, like wearing bedroom slippers. Not suitable for anyone weighing over 100 pounds I would think. But certainly good-looking to wear at home. No support of any kind but fits nicely over hammer toes and corns.

Very frustrated. I've have many of this style and they all fit differently. I bought the size 37, because I had to go a size up the last time I purchased the shoe. This time the 37 was too big, so went down to the 36 and that's too small. I love these shoes, because if they are the right fit, it's like wearing a fancy sneaker, but they are rarely the right fit. Something for the Bernie Mev company to think about.

Bernie Mev needs to get their sizing right. I have the same shoes in Pewter, a size larger than I usually need, because the 36 was way too tight. I ordered another pair in Pewter, since my former size 37 has been well worn. Now the 37 is too big. I've had this problem over the several years I've purchased Bernie Mev Charm. I don't learn my lesson thanks to Zappos return policy of no return shipping for the customer.

I wear a size 10 in most shoes, but these are ridiculously short. I ordered the size 41, which they say is a size 11. It’s not . I’d say it’s a size 9, maybe 9 1/2. Since the shoes are woven, I’m going to see if they stretch a bit over time. Also, I have a wide forefoot but regular heel. The width is okay, no problems there. If you wear a size 10 or larger these shoes won’t really fit you.

I was looking for a comfortable shoe but this one didn't work for me. The arch support wasn't in the proper place and the shoe looked like I had tractor tires on my feet. I opted for the "Rigged Charm" instead and glad I did.

I own a pair of Bernie Mev in a similar style but with open holed toes, they are great for long days on your feet. I was hoping this pair would be another option of that, but they just weren't as cute as the Comfi style. I ordered these in black and they looked a little dorky on me. I'm a little short and flats aren't always very flattering. Also I need more arch support than what these shoes are bale to offer. Other wise I would suggest Bernie mev shoes to anyone that will be walking extensively. My Comfis I wear to theme parks.

Cute shoe, but no arch support or even general support. My foot slipped sideways even when inserting my orthotics. Tried two sizes without success. If it works, it would look good with pants or skirt, and I think I could wear it with a thin black sock in colder climes. But, Sadly had to return.

These Bernie Mev Charm shoes seem to run smaller than the Cudly I have. The bottoms of the Charm shoes seem a little thicker than the Cudly. Both are like slippers. Charm may have slightly more arch support. All fit snugly on the feet, but they stretch so my bunion doesn't hurt. I normally where 8.5 Wide. I bought a 40 and the Charm is a bit snugger than I'd like. Hoping to exchange them for a 41.
